1.1 Decorators Users can easily book and customize decoration services. The system can maintain a list of approved decorators, including their contact information, portfolio, and pricing. The Banquet Hall Management System is a comprehensive platform designed to streamline the management of banquet halls and events. This document focuses on the Decorator Service Information module, which aims to provide a centralized platform for managing decorator services, including decorator profiles, services offered, and customer reviews. It enables customers to view and select decorators based on their preferences, and administrators to manage decorator services and profiles. This module aims to provide a user-friendly interface for customers to explore decorator options and make informed decisions.
The final deliverable will be a functioning mobile web that can handle all specified use cases. Some of the major use cases include user account registration, login/logout, appointment scheduling. A banquet hall is a building a party , banquet, wedding or other receiption ,or other social event. This invention provides banquet hall booking for managing booked and vacancy status of banquet halls. This paper deals with an aim to develop an online function hall booking system. The main purpose is to build an application program to reduce manual work and track the complete details about the banquet hall.
A detailed description of the services offered by each decorator, including theme-based decorations, lighting and sound systems, and furniture rental. A review system that allows customers to rate and review decorators based on their experience. By providing a centralized platform for managing decorator services, this module aims to enhance the customer experience and streamline decorator management.
1.INTRODUCTION The Banquet Hall Management System is a comprehensive software solution designed to streamline event planning and operations for banquet halls, event venues, decorator, and catering services. This system aims to be provide a centralized platform for managing bookings, events, customers, and staff, thereby improving efficiency, reducing costs, and enhancing customer satisfaction.
This system is a software application designed to manage the daily operations of a banquet hall, including all services, the system accessible users to access to manage information from anywhere, at any time. Customers can book banquet hall online, user-friendly interface. manage events ,including setup, execution, and teardown, with features such as event calendars, timelines, and task assignments. The system requires a database to store information, including customer details, event information and inventory levels. System requires a user-friendly interface to facilitate easy use and navigation.
Banquet Hall Booking System is a Window based project which act as a bridge between potential users and owners. Events booking system provides complete listing of banquets, Caterers, Decorators, Make-up artist in different districts, where each district is further having different sectors, which may comprise of around 100 families. These halls can be booked by the family head person residing in that sector. This project is designed to provide comprehensive mechanism of Event booking for general users.

Our website will provide the client with the facility of checking the availability and also with the booking of banquet hall. It also let's the client view the additional services provided by us. We have complete listing of Banquets, Caterers, Decoraters, Make-up artists in different areas. The users just need to register the themselves. The
