Abstract - Banquet hall management system is web based system which will connect the user and the Services providers. Our website will provide the client with the facility of checking the availability and also with the booking of banquet hall, Catering, Decoration and Make-up. It also let's the client view the additional services provided by us. We have complete listing of banquets, Caterers, Decorators, Make-up artists in different areas. The users can search and book the services for their choice of date.
The final deliverable will be a functioning mobile web that can handle all specified use cases. Some of the major use cases include user account registration, login/logout, appointment scheduling. A banquet hall is a building a party , banquet, wedding or other receiption ,or other social event. This invention provides banquet hall booking for managing booked and vacancy status of banquet halls. This paper deals with an aim to develop an online function hall booking system. The main purpose is to build an application program to reduce manual work and track the complete details about the banquet hall.
TheBanquetHallManagementSystemisacomprehensive softwaresolutiondesignedtostreamlineeventplanningand operationsforbanquethalls,eventvenues,decorator,and catering services. This system aims to be provide a centralized platform for managing bookings, events, customers,andstaff,therebyimprovingefficiency,reducing costs,andenhancingcustomersatisfaction.
Banquet Hall Booking System is a Window based project whichactasabridgebetweenpotential usersandowners. Events booking system provides complete listing of banquets,Caterers,Decorators,Make-upartistindifferent districts, where each district is further having different sectors,whichmaycompriseofaround100families.These hallscanbe bookedbythefamilyheadperson residing in that sector. This project is designed to provide comprehensive mechanism of Event booking for general users.
Our website will provide the client with the facility of checking the availability and also with the booking of banquet hall. It also let's the client view the additional services provided by us. We have complete listing of Banquets,Caterers,Decoraters,Make-upartistsindifferent areas. The users just need to register the themselves. The
users can search and book the Services for their choice of date General users can get information about banquets, caterers,decoraters,make-upartists,cancellation,statusof bookingetc
Users can easily book and customize decoration services. The system can maintain a list of approved decorators, including their contact information, portfolio, and pricing. TheBanquetHallManagementSystemisacomprehensive platformdesignedtostreamlinethemanagementofbanquet halls and events. This document focuses on the Decorator Service Information module, which aims to provide a centralized platform for managing decorator services, includingdecoratorprofiles,servicesoffered,andcustomer reviews. Itenablescustomerstoviewandselectdecorators basedontheirpreferences,andadministratorstomanage decoratorservicesandprofiles.Thismoduleaimstoprovide auser-friendlyinterfaceforcustomerstoexploredecorator optionsandmakeinformeddecisions.
A detailed description of the services offered by each decorator,includingtheme-baseddecorations,lightingand soundsystems,andfurniturerental. Areviewsystemthat allows customers to rate and review decorators based on their experience. By providing a centralized platform for managingdecoratorservices,thismoduleaimstoenhance the customer experience and streamline decorator management.
Thissystemisasoftwareapplicationdesignedtomanagethe dailyoperationsofabanquethall,includingallservices,the system accessible users to access to manage information fromanywhere,atanytime. Customerscanbookbanquet hallonline,user-friendlyinterface.manageevents,including setup,execution,andteardown,withfeaturessuchasevent calendars, timelines, and task assignments. The system requiresadatabasetostoreinformation,includingcustomer details, event information and inventory levels. System requiresauser-friendlyinterfacetofacilitateeasyuseand navigation.

The Makeup Services Module is a feature that allows administratorstomanagemakeupservicesforeventsheldat the banquet hall. Create and manage profiles for makeup artists, including their portfolios, pricing, and availability. Makeup Services for this project Offer a range of makeup services,includingbridalmakeup,partymakeup,andspecial effectsmakeup.Allowcustomerstobookmakeupservices and schedule appointments with makeup artists. Process payments for makeup services, including online payments andinvoicing.

The user interface is the front-end of the system, where users can interact with the system. The database stores all the information related to the banquet halls, users, and reservations. The server processes the requests from the user interface and interacts with the database.

This flowchart helpful for the identify trends and patterns, optimize resources allocation, improve customer satisfaction,increaserevenueandprofitability.Byleveraging data and analytics, banquet halls can make informed decisionstodrivebusinessgrowthandsuccess.

These system enter the all services event date andconfirmtheloginandsuccessfullyregistrationprocess complete. the system checks the credentials against the database. If the credentials are valid, the user is logged in andredirectedtothedashboard.
New users can register by filling out a registration form. System verifies user email address or phone number The systemchecksiftheusernameoremailalreadyexistsinthe database.Byregisteringuserscanaccessarangeoffeatures andservices,includingonlinebooking,eventmanagement, andcustomersupport
The user can search for banquet halls based on various criteriasuchaslocation,capacity,andamenities.thesystem retrievesthesearchresultsfromthedatabaseanddisplays themtotheuser.
Theusercanmakeareservationbyselectingthedatesand times. The system checks the availability of the hall and updates the database. The system sends a confirmation emailtotheuserwiththereservationdetails.theusercan viewtheirreservationsinthedashboard.
The user can cancel their reservation by clicking on the cancelbutton.thesystemupdatesthedatabaseandsendsa cancellationemailtotheuser.
