Abstract: With the increasing demand of agile methodologies, several software organizations are moving away from classical ways to adopt agile development methodologies. However team size may be an issue that's successively constrained by people factors. While implementing Agile, these key factors are usually unnoticed. This study aims at distinguishing the underlying people’s factors to contemplate while adopting Agile for a team to be effective. The tactic utilized is the study of 3 completely different sized agile groups developing merchandise supporting identical technologies and utilizing scrum.
