Our heated swimming pool backing to our Winfield 75-acre, boulder-studded mountain preserve is one of the finest to spend some relaxing time and enjoy the sun and see your friends and neighbors. As you may expect, the amount of recent bank-owned properties and distressed sales has impacted our community and other surrounding neighborhoods. These few adverse sales affect our values when an outside appraiser is valuing our community for another sale.
