s Puerto Rico continues to be consumed by the COVID-19 pandemic’s impact on its already battered economy, the gubernatorial candidates’ proposals for economic policy ahead of the elections are critical for residents and business
owners who have experienced a sharp decline in personal incomes and revenues, respectively, as a result of the emergency measures enacted by the current administration to contain the spread of the coronavirus.
