20-20-20RULE

Learn how the 20–20–20 rule can support your eyes during the workday. Quick breaks can help reduce fatigue, improve focus, and support your well-being.

Why use the 20-20-20 rule?

Helps reduce eye strain and tension by giving your eyes a quick break from close-up screen work. Supports focus and productivity by helping your brain quickly “reset,” making it easier to stay engaged in work.

SUPER BOWL BUFFALO CHICKEN DIP

Ingredients and Directions

Servings:4

Time:1hour

2 cups shredded cooked chicken breast (rotisserie chicken works)

½ cup plain Greek yogurt

½ cup low-fat cottage cheese

2 garlic cloves, whole

1 15oz can chickpeas, drained & rinsed

½ cup buffalo sauce

Salt & black pepper to taste

½ cup shredded part-skim mozzarella

½ cup shredded sharp cheddar

½ tsp onion powder

Garnish (optional):

Finely diced scallions

Extra drizzle of buffalo sauce

Fresh herbs (parsley, cilantro)

Extra mozzarella cheese or sharp cheddar

Preheat oven to 375°F. Have chicken breast cooked and chickpeas prepped.

In a food processor, add in Greek yogurt, cottage cheese, garlic cloves, buffalo sauce, chickpeas, salt, and black pepper. Puree until smooth but still thick consistency.

In a large mixing bowl, add in buffalo mix and chicken breast. Fold in mozzarella and sharp cheddar. Add onion powder. Incorporate until well combined. Bake: transfer mixture to a small baking dish and spread evenly. Bake for 20–25 minutes, until bubbly and lightly golden on top.

Serve: allow buffalo chicken dip to slightly cool. Top with scallions, extra sauce or cheese, and herbs. Serve with carrots, celery, crackers, or chips of choice. Enjoy warm!
