read the Early Years Foundation Stage Handbook 2015 and be familiar with the principles of early years assessment review the expectations below and sign the form to indicate that the school has complied with their statutory responsibilities and duties comment in the space provided if necessary, eg, for amplification or clarification email the completed form to Margaret Farrow (EYFS Profile Moderation Administrator) at margaret.farrow@hants.gov.uk by Thursday 16 July 2015.

The school has: • met all the statutory requirements as set out in the EYFS Assessment and Reporting Arrangements 2015 booklet • enabled all Year R staff to undertake appropriate training to meet the demands of the EYFS Profile assessment • ensured all staff have access to all relevant information and materials (from STA, DfE and LA) • provided regular opportunities for all Year R staff to moderate their judgements • enabled Year R staff to liaise with Year 1 staff, in particular regarding ‘exceeding’ judgements • quality assured all data prior to submission to the LA/DfE • ensured the profile data will be shared with their Governors.
