the living vein the street is sacred. it’s where conversations blossom, whereideasareshared andnurtured, wheresilence meets inspiration.
Cordis habitat is more than just a street; it's the soul of the IIM housing community. Flowing like an artery through the complex, it connects minds and spirits, weaving together the lives of its residents. This central spine is alive, pulsing with energy by day, glowing softly by night — a path of endless connections and discovery.
People don’t just walk this street, they live it. The spine serves as the space for accidental interactions and opens up to create impromptu study group. The street itself shifts with the seasons, hosting open-air exhibitions, food markets, and even nighttime festivals.
Envisioned as a single iconic commercial building designed to maximize potential on a compact urban site. It will integrate a shopping mall, multiplex cinema, and multi-tenanted office spaces, all within a thoughtfully planned vertical structure.

With its prime location and dynamic program mix, Downtown Avenue will serve as a vibrant hub of commerce, culture, and collaboration within the city’s downtown core.
Each facade is studied with respect to the sun path diagrams. Different facades are designed to cater to the changing sun paths in different seasons throughout the year.

Nestled within a dense urban fabric and surrounded by residential developments, this neglected pocket of land holds untapped potential. The proposal envisions transforming it into a vibrant pocket park—a welcoming green oasis that serves as a recreational and breathing space for all age groups. Designed to foster community interaction, improve well-being, and enhance local ecology, the park aims to become a shared neighborhood asset amidst the hustle of city life.

"It is easy to create one good image of a space, but sometimes a challenge to create more number of imagesofaspacethatthelaymanis unable to perceive as beautiful. The assignment here is to be able to create more images of the same space, something which is at the core of delving into commercial and stylistic realms of architectural and interior photography."

A young boy, amused by this centrally placed staircase, proceeds to go and sit on the projections of the structure. This staircase is starkly in contrast to the other elements of the structure making it an attraction in the whole house.
Brick masonry encompasses the main house, acting like a fortress wall. With an interesting curve and multiple niches, this element creates a fascinating shadowplay at different times of the day.
An interesting frame which captures the essence of the entrance to this famous ‘gadi house’, with children overlooking the main door and absorbing the beauty of this architectural marvel.

Rippled Habitats is an intervention into the existing nala landscape to provide a more inclusive space for people to utilize. A linear stretch along the nala consists of different levels of plantation nurturing the biodiversity around the water body. A few spaces are identified as areas in dire need of intervention. At these points, thoughtfully designed pavilions are introduced, creating gathering spaces for the community. These pavilions not only enhance the aesthetic value but also serve as functional elements, providing shaded areas for relaxation, leisure activities, and social interaction. The integration of sustainable materials and green infrastructure further strengthens the ecological balance while promoting a harmonious relationship between the urban environment and the natural habitat of the nala.

Urban Sketching:
A Journey Through the City, One Sketch at a Time
Every Sunday, we trade comfort for curiosity — stepping into the heartbeat of the city, sketchbooks in hand. From quiet alleys to bustling crossroads, we pause, observe, and document life as it unfolds. Each line tells a story; each wash of color captures a moment that might otherwise slip by unnoticed.
This is not just about drawing — it’s about slowing down, seeing deeply, and connecting with the soul of the urban landscape. One sketch at a time, we rediscover our city.

Soaked in silence — moss-laden tiles catching the rhythm of Coorg’s gentle monsoon.
Climbing through Corbusier’s concrete — where geometry meets green in perfect harmony.
Amidst Coorg’s lush greenery, St. Anne’s Church rises with grace — a serene symbol of India’s rich cultural and spiritual heritage.
