Desired Outcomes: Earl’s Court will be a new cultural destination, with a major new exhibition centre for West London, providing floorspace for large events and creating hundreds of new jobs for local workers. The exhibition centre will be the greenest in the UK, build with carbon-neutral materials and designed to be highly energy efficient. This significant development will host a range of cultural venues including a new music concert hall and arthouse cinema. This will be balanced with retail and commercial space as well as affordable start-up and creative studio space to widen access to the creative industries.
