Love Where You Live

February is all about connection, celebrating the people, places, and stories that make the Pascack Valley such a special place to call home. Our Local Love issue is a heartfelt tribute to the small businesses, creatives, and community pillars that give our towns their character and charm.

In this issue, we’re excited to spotlight  That Supper Club, where unforgettable meals meet meaningful gatherings. It’s more than dining, it’s an experience rooted in hospitality, passion, and bringing people together around the table. We also feature  Fossner Timepieces, a small business that has decided to continue its long standing legacy in Westwood.

We also take you beyond Pascack Valley for a moment with an escape to the iconic Ocean House in Rhode Island. While the destination is coastal, the inspiration is universal, slowing down, appreciating timeless elegance, and recharging so we can return home refreshed and inspired.

Our love for local history shines through with a feature on the Pascack Historical Society, whose dedication preserves the stories that shaped our community. Understanding where we came from and what was here before us helps us better appreciate where we are today and where we’re going.

Finally, this issue wouldn’t be complete without recognizing the talented staff  Photographers of Pascack Valley City Lifestyle. Through their lenses, our community comes alive. Their work captures moments big and small, helping tell the stories that connect us all month after month.

Thank you for supporting local, celebrating neighbors, and continuing to share in the pride we all have for the Pascack Valley. Whether you’re discovering a new favorite business, revisiting local history, or simply flipping these pages with a cup of coffee, we hope this issue reminds you just how much there is to love, right here at home.

Our four local staff photographers share the stories, inspiration and passion behind their work—offering an inside look at the creative minds whose images bring our magazine to life each month.

CHARISSA H. YONG

PERSONAL BRANDING & PORTRAIT PHOTOGRAPHER

A Sit-Down with Our Pascack Valley City

Lifestyle Photographers

Q: Tell us about your photography business and what sets your work apart. What do you specialize in? Hi! I’m Charissa (pronounced “Karissa”). After 11 years as a software test engineer and a three-hour commute as a new mom, I was burned out. In 2018, I left my job and became a family photographer. About a year in, I discovered personal branding photography. I booked a session for myself, fell in love with the process, and immediately knew I wanted to create that same transformation for business owners—to help them feel seen, supported and confident. What sets my work apart is the planning and intention behind every session. I walk clients through strategy, storytelling, outfits, props and shot lists. Clear communication and thoughtful prep make all the difference. I specialize in personal branding, professional headshots, event photography and family portraits.

Q: What do you enjoy most about photographing for Pascack Valley City Lifestyle? I love getting to know the amazing businesses and people who make this community so wonderful. Through conversations and the beautifully written articles, I’m always learning their stories. At Pascack Valley City Lifestyle networking events, the support and positivity are truly felt. I’m grateful to be part of this team.

Q: What inspires you creatively or personally outside of work? Inspiration shows up everywhere—my daughters, local artwork, unique architecture or even a quiet moment in the park. I’m always ready with my phone or camera. I continually refine my skills, but my biggest inspiration comes from fellow business owners. Their dedication and resilience keep me energized.

Q: Looking ahead, how do you hope to grow your business or deepen your local connections? I hope to continue contributing to the magazine and connecting with more local businesses. I’m excited to collaborate with brick-and-mortar shops to host monthly Women Business Owners Meetup and my Canva workshops. Bringing people together and elevating visibility as a community lights me up.

Q: Anything else you’d like readers to know? Let’s connect on Instagram: @charissahyongphotography. I also co-host a monthly Women Business Owners Meetup with Andrea Pass Public Relations — we’d love to have you join us! Details: charissahyongphotography.com/upcoming-events

Q: Tell us about your photography business and what sets your work apart. What do you specialize in? My photography business is rooted in storytelling—capturing genuine emotion, personality and connection in every frame. I specialize in weddings, family portraits, corporate events, birthday parties and special occasions of all kinds. My goal is to create images that feel timeless and deeply personal. What sets my work apart is my commitment to helping people feel comfortable in front of the camera and treating each client like family. I approach every session with patience, authenticity and an eye for the small moments that often hold the most meaning. Whether it’s an intimate family session or a large wedding, I want clients to look back at their images and cherish them for life.

Q: What do you enjoy most about photographing for Pascack Valley City Lifestyle? Working with Pascack Valley City Lifestyle is rewarding because it allows me to highlight the beauty of everyday life in our community. I love meeting the people who make this area special—local business owners, families, artists and leaders—and telling their stories visually. The Pascack Valley community is warm, supportive and full of character, and it’s an honor to help shine a light on that. Each assignment feels like a chance to celebrate the place we all call home.

JEREMY LEBLED

WEDDING, FAMILY & EVENT PHOTOGRAPHER

“Photography is storytelling — capturing genuine emotion and connection.”  - Jeremy Lebled “

Q: What inspires you creatively or personally outside of work? I draw inspiration from the world around me—movies, art, photography books, nature and even quiet everyday moments. Playing guitar, listening to music, walking in nature, browsing bookstores, sipping coffee while reading, and going to the gym all help me reset mentally and tap into fresh creativity. I’m especially inspired by genuine human connection—conversations, shared experiences and the stories people tell. Those influences help me approach each session with a renewed perspective and bring out the best in my clients through my lens.

Q: How do you hope to grow your business or strengthen community connections? Looking ahead, I hope to deepen my roots in the Pascack Valley community by collaborating with more local businesses, artists and organizations. I’d love to create community mini-session days and seasonal events that bring families and neighbors together. Building connection through photography is meaningful to me, and I’m excited to expand that work.

Q: Anything else you’d like readers to know? Photography is more than a career for me—it’s a way to connect with people and document life’s most important moments. I’m grateful for every client who trusts me with their milestones and memories, and I’m committed to delivering work that feels personal, heartfelt and true. I look forward to meeting more members of the

Pascack Valley community and creating images that will be cherished for years to come.

Q: Tell us about your photography business and what sets your work apart. What do you specialize in? I specialize in brand photography that merges storytelling with strategy—nothing generic. Small businesses often struggle with consistent marketing, and while professional photos help, the ones that truly resonate are those that authentically reflect identity. I love working with brands that know their strengths but need help standing out. My goal is to create aligned, intentional, confidence-boosting images that visually frame your brand story.

Clients receive a ready-to-use photo library for websites, social media, ads and more. It’s not just photography—it’s a strategic business asset.

Q: What do you enjoy most about photographing for Pascack Valley City Lifestyle? The magazine brings a vibrant, like-minded community together. It’s more than a publication—it’s a hub where neighbors, friends and local business owners connect. The founders and business owners I’ve photographed have such beautiful, heartfelt stories. They value service, connection and community, which makes capturing their personalities and brands a joy. Bringing those stories to life is incredibly rewarding.

Q: What inspires you creatively or personally outside of work? I’ve always been a story nerd. I love biographies, the work of well-known photographers, and podcasts about challenge and growth. I’m a sucker for cinematic movies and glossy magazines—fashion, travel, interior design, all of it. Yes, I was the kid who loved picture books over chapter books. All of this fuels my creativity and love for storytelling.

Q: How do you hope to grow your business or deepen local connections? Every business evolves, and I want to be part of that evolution. Long-term, I’d love to be a consistent creative partner—an unofficial teammate who always has a camera. That means intentionally curated shoots built into clients’ marketing calendars. Every brand should invest in a Brand Photo Library that grows with them. Sharing your story isn’t just marketing; it builds connection, loyalty and trust.

Q: Anything else readers should know? I offer in-person photography and a “ship & shoot” service for product-based businesses. As a mom, I’m passionate about supporting parents and caregivers building businesses while managing family life. My mission is simple: take the stress out of content creation. When you have a library of quality photos, you can focus on what you do best and reclaim precious time for both business and family. It truly takes a village.

ANDREW FEIN

LIFESTYLE, FAMILY & BRANDING PHOTOGRAPHER

Q: Tell us about your photography business and what sets your work apart. What do you specialize in? Andrew Fein Photography focuses on clean, natural, human images. In today’s AI-heavy, picture-perfect era, I like to keep real life in my photos— shadows, movement and the small imperfect details that make each session feel human. My style is calm, minimal and honest. I specialize in families, branding, lifestyle and real estate. My goal is simple: capture people as they are, not as a filter wants them to be.

Q: What do you enjoy most about working with Pascack Valley City Lifestyle? I love showing real people in our community. Sessions are simple and fun, and I try to highlight the heart behind each one. Working with the magazine has introduced me to so many families and business owners who care deeply about this area. Creating bright, clean images that support local stories feels good.

Q: What inspires you creatively or personally? I serve as a volunteer firefighter in my hometown, and that experience gives me a lot of gratitude for the little things. You see how quickly moments come and go, and it makes you pay closer attention. That perspective shapes my work—I look for the simple, honest moments and let them guide each session.

Q: How do you hope to grow your business or strengthen community connections? I’ve been fortunate to grow steadily despite obstacles, and there’s still room to expand. I want to work with more local families and small businesses who value clean, honest imagery. I’m putting deeper roots down in Bergen County and hope to build long-term partnerships. I’m excited to grow my family sessions and expand branding projects, especially ones that align with my values. Supporting local events and small businesses through strong visual storytelling remains important to me.

Q: Anything else readers should know? My business is built on trust and calm energy. I keep the process simple so clients can enjoy the experience without stress. Community matters to me, and I’m grateful anytime I’m invited into someone’s story. My goal is always the same: clean work, real moments and a comfortable experience from start to finish.

WORLD WAR I ARTIFACTS AND DIARIES REVEAL HISTORY, HEROISM AND VALUE THROUGH ONE SOLDIER’S REMARKABLE SERVICE

ARTICLE AND PHOTOGRAPHY BY JON FELZ

NOTE TO APPRAISER:

Dear Mr. Felz,

I truly enjoy your appraisals and knowledgeable commentary. Enclosed are photographs of my uncle, Pvt. First Class Gustave H. Hansen of the 306th Field Artillery, 77th Division, along with some of his wartime belongings. A native of Washington Heights in Manhattan, he was inducted into the American Expeditionary Forces and served in Europe.

He kept a neatly painted record of his campaigns on his gas mask carrier and maintained two handwritten diaries of more than 200 pages each. His helmet, with a fully intact liner and the Statue of Liberty insignia, remains in excellent condition.

I would imagine these World War I artifacts might interest many collectors or historians. I am also curious about their value. My mother, his sister discarded the original gas mask long ago, thinking it was too dirty to keep, but thankfully she saved the carrier and helmet.

Thank you for your help, A.J. Mergenthale r

APPRAISAL RESPONSE:

What an exceptional and well-preserved identified World War I grouping. Your uncle served in a division that saw significant action during the Great War.

The 306th Field Artillery Regiment was formed Aug. 5, 1917, as part of the United States National Army and organized later that month at Camp Upton, New York. The 77th Division, including the 306th Field Artillery, was a major component of the American Expeditionary Forces. The division trained with British forces, adopting their tactics, and played a vital role in several major Allied offensives.

Your uncle’s unit participated in the Oise-Aisne, Meuse-Argonne, Champagne and Lorraine campaigns. Because the division was largely made up of New Yorkers, it became known as the “Statue of

Liberty Division”—the reason your uncle’s helmet features the hand-painted Statue of Liberty insignia.

The 77th Division is perhaps most widely remembered for the “Lost Battalion,” a group of soldiers cut off and surrounded by German forces during the Meuse-Argonne Offensive. While exact casualty numbers for the 306th Field Artillery are not known, artillery units experienced extraordinarily high losses throughout the war. Roughly half of all World War I casualties were caused by artillery fire, making your uncle’s service both dangerous and deeply consequential.

Having had the privilege to carefully read through his diaries, I was struck by the raw accounts of the carnage and suffering he witnessed at just 20 years old. There is no doubt these experiences shaped him for the rest of his life.

You are correct that this grouping would be of significant interest to military collectors and historians.

The diaries, in particular, elevate the importance and monetary value of the collection. They allow your uncle to speak directly across time, providing firsthand testimony that brings each artifact to life.

Your grouping includes his US Army portrait in Doughboy uniform, his helmet with the division insignia in vibrant, original paint, his service medals with ribbons and his gas mask carrier. Together, these items create what collectors call “the sum of all parts” a complete, identified and historically rich representation of a single soldier’s service.

The current market value of this outstanding World War I U.S. Army Doughboy grouping is $4,000.

Thank you for sharing your uncle’s remarkable diaries and artifacts. I hope this grouping remains in your family for generations, preserving the legacy and heroism of Pvt. First Class Gustave H. Hansen and offering future relatives a firsthand understanding of the profound sacrifices made during the Great War.

Set your schedule. Make an impact. Build a life you’re proud of.

Pascack Historical Society brings local Revolutionary War history home to the community

ARTICLE BY KATE FERGUSON | PHOTOGRAPHY BY PASCACK HISTORICAL SOCIETY
Divided Loyalties
Pascack Historical Society

Founded in 1942 and housed in a historic church on a quiet neighborhood street in Park Ridge, the Pascack Historical Society (PHS) museum serves as a portal through which visitors can transmit themselves through time to experience what life was like for those who chose to settle in the area that now comprises eight towns in the Pascack Valley region: Emerson, Hillsdale, Montvale, Park Ridge, River Vale, Westwood, Woodcliff Lake, and Washington Township.

This year, in preparation for the upcoming 250th anniversary in 2026 celebrating America’s turbulent journey to independence from Great Britain, the museum added an exhibit on the Revolutionary War in New Jersey. In addition, a series of events are planned, beginning with a lecture on March 22 about the Revolutionary War and the Pascack Valley by local historian Tim Adriance, a past president of the Bergen County Historical Society.

On April 26, PHS will present Benjamin Franklin impersonator Jack Sherry, a retired high school history teacher from Paramus, who is a devotee of Franklin’s and became involved in historical re-enacting in 1980. Another historical impersonator, Carol Simon Levin, will appear at PHS on June 14 when she portrays Abigail Adams. Called “the strongest voice in the American Revolution,” she was married to John Adams—America’s second President—and the nation’s first President’s wife to live in the White House.

Kristin Beuscher, a local historian who is also president of the society, organized the lecture series to focus exclusively on the Revolutionary War. “People love to see a re-enactor,” Beuscher says. “They’ll both come dressed in character and conduct the lecture speaking in the first person to tell their life story.”

After the July 4th holiday celebration, on July 12, PHS welcomes Joel Farkas, a volunteer docent and tour guide for the National Park Service at Washington's Headquarters in Morristown, New Jersey. Farkas will discuss the Declaration of Independence, one of the nation’s seminal founding documents.

“What we bring to people is the hyper-local focus and what was going on in the Pascack Valley during the Revolutionary War,” says Beuscher. “We saw our role as one giving information not just to people in general but bringing history home and getting kids excited about these events by letting them know that the Revolutionary War didn’t just take place in the big cities mentioned in their history books. These historical events happened here too, right in their own backyards.”

Ralph Donnell Jr., another PHS historian, and the society’s treasurer, is excited about the acclaimed recent broadcast of the PBS multi-part documentary series, The American Revolution , by Ken Burns, that focuses on New Jersey towns in the region that were central locations of the conflict.

The Baylor Massacre took place in River Vale and the Continental Army, under George Washington’s command, built encampments along Kinderkamack Road that stretched into Emerson and north to Soldier Hill Road in Oradell, Beuscher stresses.

One of the Revolutionary War exhibits at PHS that she organized frames the struggle as a complex civil war sparked by simmering tensions between pro-British Loyalists and Patriots, Americans who rejected English rule and wanted to overturn the status quo.

“The vast majority of people here were Loyalists, and the reason they were Loyalists was because they were doing really well as farmers,” explains Beuscher. “They were the Jersey Dutch and they had carved out a life here in the middle of the wilderness; things were going well for them. They had food and what they needed, so at a time when life was so precarious, do you necessarily want to turn everything upside down for the sake of an idea that hasn’t really been tested and no one knows if it would be successful? The very real needs of survival would come first, so a lot of them remained Loyalists."

“Another element to the story is that the people who were here were Dutch by ancestry,” Beuscher continues. “They saw themselves as a separate culture. They spoke their own language and had their own traditions. For them, the revolution was more of a quarrel with the English and not really their fight.”

Baylor Dragoons Massacre
Patriots vs Loyalists Books

“When you know about historical events that happened in your community, you just look at it differently because it fills your heart with so much pride.” - Kristin Beuscher

After conducting extensive research of materials in the PHS archives, Beuscher unearthed two lists she found in a 1960s issue of Relics, the organization’s newsletter that’s been continuously published since 1955. “One list named known Patriots and the other known Loyalists,” Beuscher says. “I thought that people should know this, so I decided to create two different books, one featuring Patriots, the other Loyalists.”

Through online sites for census records, ancestry.com and muster rolls from the Revolutionary War, Beuscher organized a biography for each person listed and placed the information in their respective book.

“I thought that would be so interesting, something that I hoped kids might come and look at,” Beuscher says. “I tried to track down an image to go along with each person—whether it was the house they lived in, their grave, or something else—in case the kids wanted to pick out a person and write more about them. That took a while, but I looked up every single person and tried to find every detail about them that I could.”

Beuscher’s diligent sleuthing revealed a lot more information about some people than others. “There’s a page about an entire Loyalist family who lived in Park Ridge and worked as spies during the Revolutionary War,” she shares. “There’s just so many interesting stories. I was hoping that schools might be interested and send kids here to do projects.”

Despite battling time constraints and other challenges, Beuscher and her team worked assiduously to include as many lectures about the Revolutionary War as possible into the museum’s lineup of events.

“My dream is that when people walk or drive down the street they’ll see that George Washington stood right there, or they’re able to picture the Continental Army up on Soldier Hill Road,” she says. “’I’m hoping it gives them a greater appreciation for their community and the history that happened here.”

Beuscher’s dream neatly dovetails with the stated mission of the museum: to preserve the past for the future. “When you know about historical events that happened in your community, you just look at it differently because it fills your heart with so much pride—at least it does for me,” she says. “I hope other people will feel that as well.”

Fossner Timepieces Continues a Global Watchmaking Legacy in Westwood

Fossner Timepieces is more than a watch repair shop, it is a living testament to three generations of horological mastery. Owner Peter Fossner, a third-generation watchmaker, brings over four decades of global experience to Westwood, continuing a family legacy that began in Czechoslovakia, now Slovakia, and evolved into a recognized name in the watch world.

The Fossner family’s passion for timepieces carried across the Atlantic to the United States, where Peter’s parents, Alex and Renee Fossner, built careers repairing and selling clocks in Manhattan. Their workshop became Peter’s classroom, teaching him not only technical skills but values that would shape his life.

“My father always repaired clocks with respect, patience, and love,” Peter says. “He never took shortcuts — and he taught me to do the same.”

Those early lessons became the foundation of Fossner Timepieces, founded in New York in 1971. The business quickly earned a reputation throughout the watch world. In the late 1980s, Peter expanded globally with J&P Timepieces, specializing in high-end watches and traveling extensively throughout international markets. Through this work, he bought, sold, and handled some of the world’s most sought-after timepieces, many of which have appeared in prominent auction houses.

Over his 40+ years in Manhattan and international markets, Peter has maintained an unmatched level of expertise in handling and restoring watches, and few watchmakers today have the same breadth of experience.

“Every repair is done with the utmost care and accuracy,” Peter says. “We want every customer to trust us with their timepieces.”

Fossner Timepieces in Westwood continues to provide all the same services the family has offered for decades. The shop repairs all watches—from everyday timepieces to high-end watches such as Rolex, Patek Philippe, Cartier, Omega, Piaget, Breitling, Longines, Audemars Piguet, and more. They also repair clocks of all kinds and even provide house calls. In addition, customers can purchase preowned premier watches directly from the shop.

Peter’s expertise covers everything from grandfather and cuckoo clocks to rare, historically significant watches. He approaches each repair with precision and respect, understanding the personal and historical value embedded in every piece.

“No matter what they bring, we want them to feel confident that we can bring their family heirlooms or generational treasures back to life again,” he says.

After decades of commuting into Manhattan and traveling worldwide, Peter opened the Westwood location at 289

Westwood Ave, marking a new chapter in the family business. The move allows him to bring his expertise into the community while continuing the same high-level services he has always provided.

“I love being part of this community,” he says. “Since moving here five months ago, I’ve loved every second of it.”

In the shop, customers bring more than watches and clocks—they bring stories. Some carry a grandfather clock that has marked generations of holidays, a wristwatch passed down from a parent, or a long-hidden pocket watch. Each piece receives careful attention, ensuring its mechanics are restored and its legacy preserved.

“I love seeing the smile when a prized possession comes back to life,” Peter says. “It brings me joy to help my community.”

Over the years, Peter has worked with extraordinary timepieces, including a Longines “Hour Angle” watch commemorating the 70th anniversary of Charles Lindbergh’s Atlantic crossing. Such watches are a reminder of the history and craftsmanship Peter has been privileged to handle throughout his travels.

Peter remains committed to each customer, combining technical expertise with genuine interest in their stories. Fossner Timepieces is not just a shop—it is a place where memories are preserved, family history continues ticking, and old-world craftsmanship finds a home in town.

“I love seeing the smile when a prized possession comes back to life. It brings me joy to help my community.”
- Peter Fossner

In an era dominated by mass production, few watchmakers can match Peter’s experience. His decades in Manhattan, international dealings with high-end timepieces, and generational knowledge make him a rare figure left in the field.

As Peter settles into this next chapter, his mission remains exactly what his parents taught him: do honest work, treat every timepiece and person with respect, and never rush what deserves patience.

In Westwood, he continues to repair, restore, and sell luxury watches and clocks with that same dedication, ensuring each piece receives the care and attention it deserves. In the heart of the community, Fossner’s legacy endures—one restored tick at a time.

A SEAT AT THE TABLE

Thomas “Tommy” Greco & Chef Nicolas Pescatore bring intimate, boundarypushing dining to the Pascack Valley

“That Supper Club began over espresso with my cousin, Chef Nicolas Pescatore,” Greco says. “We were talking about the void we felt after moving out of the city—not just missing fine dining, but missing a local experience that truly pushed boundaries.”

In a region defined by strong community ties, That Supper Club has emerged as a dining experience rooted in connection, trust and intention. Founded by Thomas “Tommy” Greco and his cousin, Chef Nicolas Pescatore, the concept offers more than a meal, it invites guests into a thoughtfully curated culinary journey that feels both elevated and personal.

That Supper Club began not in a commercial kitchen, but over espresso.

“That Supper Club began over espresso with my cousin, Chef Nicolas Pescatore,” Greco says. “We were

talking about the void we felt after moving out of the city—not just missing fine dining, but missing a local experience that truly pushed boundaries.”

After leaving city life, Greco and Pescatore found themselves craving the creativity and energy of destination dining, but wanted to reimagine it in a way that felt intimate and community-driven. The result was That Supper Club—a space where handcrafted dishes, bold flavors and hospitality come together in a setting that feels welcoming rather than exclusive.

“Our guests walk in knowing they’re stepping slightly outside their comfort zone and we take that responsibility seriously.”
Chef Nicolas Pescatore

At the heart of That Supper Club is a philosophy built on trust.

“The heart of That Supper Club is connection and trust,” Greco says. “Our guests walk in knowing they’re stepping slightly outside their comfort zone and we take that responsibility seriously.”

Each tasting menu is designed to gently guide diners through new ingredients, techniques and flavor combinations. The experience encourages curiosity while remaining approachable, striking a balance between innovation and comfort.

Chef Nicolas Pescatore’s culinary approach plays a major role in what makes the experience distinct. With access to small farms and purveyors and a commitment to constant learning, his menus reflect both discipline and creativity.

“He’s always traveling, studying and refining techniques,” Greco says. “That directly shapes the menu.”

Unlike traditional seasonal menus, That Supper Club changes its tasting menu every four weeks. The

decision ensures guests are experiencing what is freshest and most relevant in the moment.

“While the foundation is Italian, the execution is modern, precise and always evolving,” Greco says.

Despite its refined approach, That Supper Club is anything but impersonal. The operation remains intentionally small—a four-person, family-run team that includes Greco, his wife and Chef Nick. Together, they handle every aspect of the evening, from hosting to serving to storytelling.

“We don’t describe That Supper Club as a pop-up— we’ve been doing this for over four years,” Greco says. “Guests aren’t just dining; they’re being welcomed into something that feels intentional and human.”

That accessibility has helped That Supper Club resonate with a broad audience, including diners who may not typically seek out tasting menus. That Supper Club is hosted at Pop Empanada in Park Ridge, NJ, also owned by Greco, providing a familiar, welcoming location while maintaining the elevated experience.

“The Pop Empanada location allows us to connect organically with guests who appreciate quality and craftsmanship,” Greco says. “It’s a comfortable, familiar setting that naturally leads diners to the more immersive experience of That Supper Club.”

The Pascack Valley community has embraced That Supper Club wholeheartedly. Repeat guests, consistent sell-outs and strong word-of-mouth support have affirmed that there is a demand for thoughtful, experience-driven dining close to home.

“The support has been genuine and deeply appreciated,” Greco says. “It reinforces that people here value authenticity.”

That commitment to authenticity extends to sourcing and partnerships. That Supper Club makes a conscious effort to support local farms, artisans and small businesses whenever possible.

“Community support is a core part of That Supper Club’s DNA,” Greco says. “Highlighting the people behind the products is something we’re proud of.”

Looking ahead, Greco is especially excited about seasonal outdoor dining experiences. Spring marks the return of events like the annual Lobster Boil at the top of Atkins Glen and Crab Fest in Depot Square, opportunities to bring the That Supper Club philosophy beyond the table.

“These events let us take what we do and share it in a different way, without compromising quality,” he says.

As for the future, Greco’s vision remains intentionally focused.

“Our hope is simple: to keep doing exactly what we’re doing,” he says. “Small, selective, intimate dinners with the highest quality food possible. Growth for us doesn’t mean bigger—it means better.”

At its core, That Supper Club is built on family, passion and respect for the craft. Every plate reflects countless hours of preparation and a genuine desire to create something meaningful.

“We’re grateful for every guest who joins us at the table,” Greco says. “This only works because of the people who choose to be part of it.”
