Broughton Sanctuary launches programme for highly sensitive people
Broughton Sanctuary in the UK is to run the Sense Retreat, a four-night immersive experience designed for highly sensitive people who experience their worlds deeply, including empaths, creatives, intuitives, neurodivergent, or simply as seekers of depth and authenticity.
Retreat facilitators Catherine Asta and Kirsty Allan guide guests on a journey of restoration, exploration and personal empowerment.
As well as deep intuition, creativity, empathy and perception, sensitivity can bring challenges too – for example, being overwhelmed, misunderstood and sometimes experiencing internal shame.
Through a unique blend of science, somatics, philosophy, creativity and nature-based practices, the retreat provides space to embrace sensitivity, rather than manage or suppress it. Workshops, talks and creative experiences allow attendees to explore the deeper dimensions of their trait, and the sessions are designed to cultivate self-understanding and emotional resilience. www.broughtonsanctuary.co.uk
