Nancy studied pre-law/political science and after some time in law school she quickly shifted towards hospitality when she got a taste of it at Pebble Beach Resorts. She has extensive experience in events, sales, marketing, and loves everything hospitality. Nancy has owned her own event planning company and was most recently the Director of Sales and Events for The City of Monterey and Monterey Conference Center. She has had a vast array of corporate clientele experience and has many local relationships that rely on her for the positivity and grace she brings to business.
In Nancy’s former life she was a ballerina but now spends her spare time in local philanthropy. She is heavily involved with Monterey Peninsula Ballet Theater, MY Museum, National Charity League and was named Leukemia and Lymphoma Societies Woman of the Year in 2019.

Shelly Mitchell Lynch represents the fourth generation of the Mitchell Family to sell, invest and manage real estate in Carmel and on the Monterey Peninsula. She proudly continues the family tradition in the local real estate business.
