OUR STEP-BY-STEP PROCESS
The Home Services team is here to expertly guide you through the listing or rental readiness process with a streamlined four-step approach designed to make your transition smooth stress-free and successful
STEP Inquiry & Site Assessment
The Home Services team will coordinate a site assessment with the client agent and any other relevant parties a er the initial inquiry If the client is not local the team can meet with the agent alone During the site visit the team will review the scope of services needed to prepare the home for listing This collaborative assessment informs the next steps in the process
STEP Proposal & Agreement
Based on the site assessment the Home Services team will dra a comprehensive proposal This includes both the requested services and any additional recommendations from the team to enhance the home’s market readiness Upon client approval the team will formalize the agreement have the client sign off and collect an initial deposit to initiate services
STEP Service Execution & Listing Preparation
Once the agreement is in place the Home Services team will
• Oversee and coordinate all vendor work
• Perform in-house services as needed
• Track expenses and provide ongoing updates
• Ensure the home is fully prepared and photo-ready for listing sale or rental
STEP Post-Sale Support & Closing
Typically conducted during escrow this phase includes
• Completing repairs based on the home inspection report
• Fully clearing out the property
• Delivering final property statements and transaction details to the client for their records
