Locals launch music night at Belli Community Hall

THE Belli Community Hall will host its annual Locals Launch Music Night on May 21 featuring Sunny Coast Duo North & Elsewhere. Their songs capture audiences with heartfelt stories of fights for social justice, their own battles with mental health, mother earth and the simple joys of life. Multi award-winning songwriters, sisters Hazel and Roanna released their debut EP Finding Space last November. Lineage - a Father and Daughter duo, Steve and Emily from Kenilworth, will mix up their set by playing all the best Jazz, Blues and Rock to appease any crowd. A well-rehearsed covers band, Emily’s amazing voice makes every song her own. The Blue Grass Guys - from Yandina - will perform their dinner slot, with their toe tapping Blue-grass. The feedback from last year was they need a larger spot on the playbill! Local farmers and chefs are looking

Joining Hayden in concert will be the great vocalist Sarah Laws (from the Sunshine Coast Oriana Choir), along with local incredible pianist, Stephen Martin. The Rotary Club of Cooroy is delighted to announce McDermott Helicopters will once again provide short flights at the Cooroy Mountain Spring Festival to be held Sunday August 21.
