Kess Prior named in Queensland’s top 50 real estate agents for 2022

THE REB Top 50 Agents for Queensland has now been released, revealing the talented agents who are taking top market share across the state. Hinternoosa Real Estate is happy to announce Sales Agent and Principal Kess Prior has placed in the Top 50 Agents QLD Ranking for 2022, taking out 40th spot this year!

The ranking, and the associated report, sets the benchmark for real estate agents operating within the Queensland residential sales space. Produced annually, the rankings and associated report are produced by Real Estate Business (REB) in conjunction with Momentum Intelligence.

The data collated for the 2022 report indicates that thetop 50 agents across Queensland sold on average 102 properties from 112 listings over the 2021 calendar year at an average sale price of $1,228,739.

Top 10 agents averaged 123 sales from 135 listings, an increase from the top 50 average, at an average sale price of $1,716,543, approximately $500,000 more than the top 50 average. Collectively, Queensland’s top 50 agents sold $6.28 billion worth of property throughout 2021, with the top 10 agents accounting for $2.11 billion worth of transactions.

For REB editor Grace Ormsby, the ranking caps off what has been a remarkable year for agents in Queensland. “It’s been an incredible 12-month period for the Queensland property market - and the results achieved in this ranking are proof of that,” Ms Ormsby said. “Agents named in this year’s ranking have gone above and beyond in their service of clients, as shown by these figures.
