(4) NEW PICKLEBALL COURTS WITH (2) SHADE STRUCTURES Exciting News! The Pickleball Courts will be constructed in 2021. We will keep member up-to-date on the process as it begins. Right now, we are in the permitting phase. An aerial view drawing is available for members to view. You can see it online through the member portal, at the Clubhouse, or Tennis/Pickleball Center. The construction will include relocating the entry drive to the Clubhouse, creating a more direct approach and thus creating enough space for four pickleball courts. They will be hard courts with an exterior netting and LED lights. The total cost of the project is not to exceed $550,000, and the construction is anticipated to conclude by year end.
