Make a Splash! As the Wexford pools open for the season and many members enjoy them, please note the following: • Pool Passes are no longer required. Staff will monitor visitation and capacity levels at our pools. The Pool Policies limit of outside guests for each household is four, and the member must be present. • Outside Food & Beverage is not permitted in the pool area. Our wonderful Clubhouse staff is excited to serve you from the Clubhouse menu, Pool Bar, and through new specials and menus just for Pool-side service (coming soon!). The exceptions to the rule of outside Food & Beverage are: • Children under 5 years of age • Mondays when the Clubhouse is closed

• Outside alcohol is never permitted on Wexford HOA property because it creates a liability for our Liquor License.

from 8am to dusk each day, and we appreciate that no one under 16 years of age will be at the pool area unsupervised.

• Towel Service is back! If you have any towels from the pool area, please return them to the Clubhouse to keep costs down. We look forward to reinstating this service for Wexford members.

• No pets/animals, bicycles, skateboards, or scooters are allowed in the pool area. Also, please refrain from diving, running, and boisterous play. There are closed circuit cameras installed around the pools with 24-hour supervision.

• The pools are open for swimming

WEXFORD CLUB DRIVE

REALIGNED ENTRY DRIVE TO CLUBHOUSE WITH DECORATIVE PAVERS AT CLUBHOUSE ARRIVAL

Exciting News! The Pickleball Courts will be constructed in 2021. We will keep member up-to-date on the process as it begins. Right now, we are in the permitting phase. An aerial view drawing is available for members to view. You can see it online through the member portal, at the Clubhouse, or Tennis/Pickleball Center. The construction will include relocating the entry drive to the Clubhouse, creating a more direct approach and thus creating enough space for four pickleball courts. They will be hard courts with an exterior netting and LED lights. The total cost of the project is not to exceed $550,000, and the construction is anticipated to conclude by year end.
