The 2020 Audit of Wexford HOA Financial Records is now complete. It is posted online in the Member Portal under Financials, or scan the QR Code.

LUNCH SERVICE Tuesday-Saturday from 11:30am-2:30pm DINNER SERVICE Thursday-Sunday from 5pm8pm SUNDAY BRUNCH Sundays 11am-2:30pm POOL BAR Friday-Sunday, 12pm-8pm COMMISSARY Commissary orders must be placed by 11am and all orders may be picked up at 2:30pm. TO-GO ORDERS To go orders from the menu can be placed by calling (843) 686-8821.
TO-GO DINNER: Thurs.-Sun. 5-8pm. Orders must be placed by 7:15pm.
Summertime is right around the corner, which means many of our children and grandchildren are out and about, playing sometimes near the street, without attention to the potential danger vehicles pose. Their safety often depends on the skill and reaction time of the driver. Children are not the only potential hazards for driving on Wexford. Additional dangers include golf carts, bicyclists, joggers, walkers, pets, construction traffic and some very tight roadways. All drivers should use extra caution and drive within the posted speed limits in Wexford. Remember, Security has stepped up the enforcement of our traffic regulations, to include speeding and failing to stop at the stop signs. Remember, the leisure paths along the Wexford roadways are
Online Resources Security Forms and Policies are all posted online within the member Portal. for pedestrian and bicycle use only. Bicycles must yield to those walking on a pathway, and should take extra caution while riding on a roadway. As a reminder, parking is not allowed on any roadway, and any special event, delivery, tree removal, or other needs to park along a roadway must be preapproved by Security, who will ensure safe travel and proper access for emergency vehicles. Any approved parking on a roadway will be limited to that area only.
