AMBASSADOR PROGRAM
Our Ambassador Program is designed to support communication with families who are new to Oak Farm Montessori School, as well as those with students transitioning to a new program level.
This August, our ambassadors will reach out to all n families to introduce themselves and offer guidance be available to answer questions about Oak Farm Connects and general school-related topics.
For curriculum-specific questions, please reach out to your child’s classroom teacher.

VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES
People choose to volunteer for many different reasons. Some are inspired to give back or make a difference. Others see it as an opportunity to build new skills or share their experience. And for many, volunteering is simply a joyful way to connect with others and be part of something meaningful
No matter your reason, we hope you’ll get involved. What matters most is that your family participates in our community. Grandparents are always welcome, too!

Campus Gardening
If you love the outdoors, we have a spot for you!
Join our Eco-literacy Coordinator, Gena Grobarek,and help her with general maintanence of the campus gardens: Tuesdays - Fridays, 8:45 AM – 12:00 PM
Totally Terrific Task Tuesday
Support our teachers and meet fellow families!
On the first and third Tuesday of each month, join us in the Green Farmhouse to help prep classroom projects like cutting, laminating, organizing, and labeling. Drop in for an hour or stay the whole morning! Watch for updates in the weekly Community Memo. 8:30 AM – 11:30 AM

After-School Clubs
Do you have a skill or hobby you'd love to teach? We’re always looking for enthusiastic club instructors to lead our six-week after-school sessions. Some popular club ideas include:

• Basic Sewing
• Basket Weaving
• Arts & Crafts
Clubs meet once a week for one hour. If you’re passionate about inspiring students, we’d love to hear from you!
Take-Home Projects
We understand that not all families can volunteer during school hours. Take-home projects offer a great way to get involved on your schedule. Tasks may include cutting, sorting, or labeling materials and can be returned to the school within a week. Your help makes a big difference!
Community Networking
Are you interested in supporting Oak Farm Montessori’s middle and high school students through mentorship or career exploration? We’re building a network of: Guest Speakers, Job Shadow Hosts, and Internship Providers.
