The Howe Lady Bulldogs have not had the season that they were wanting to have when the season started, however a nice win vs. S&S can boost their confidence for the remainder of the season. The girls won three of four sets including 25-17, 26-24, and the final set 25-12 to capture the win. It was only the third set that S&S prevailed, 2826. With the win, Howe is 2-6 in district play.

This group of young ladies are no strangers to winning and winning a lot. However, their domination was cut a little short in the district tournament played at Charles R. Thompson Gymnasium on Saturday. The defending district champions from 7th grade started the tournament with a win over S&S, but Local churches held their annual Trunk 'R then lost to Pilot Point. They eventually would Treats and Harvest Fests yesterday. It was a preview of all of the festive costumes to beat Gunter to finish 3rd in district. be seen on October 31.
