For over two decades, Sherman Ragland, founder of The RealInvestors®️ Academy, has been teaching aspiring investors how to turn learn the real estate investing business by doing the business. Every year, he takes his “ministry” to the next level by allowing new investors to partner with him in a “hands-on” manner by actually assisting his team of experienced contractors in renovating and building high quality luxury rehab projects. Ragland has again created a one of a kind property in Shady Side, Maryland— transforming a formerly abandoned “ugly duckling” into a luxurious expansion project, waking distance from the Chesapeake Bay.
