welcome

Collaboration is the process of individuals or teams working together, sharing knowledge, skills, and resources to achieve a common goal or produce a shared outcome. The process can be very positive, especially in a production sale setting, helping generate the quality and volume needed to create demand for the event. Of course, the benefits of shared labor and reduced preparation expenses are huge assets to both entities, but the cooperation required to reach the targeted end goal can be as rewarding as anything else. The Bayer and Weis families have worked together for a number of years, and the success of the joint venture is quite impressive, as it’s draped in purple and sale success stories. Willie, Scott, and Ty know each other very well, and the wives, Nikki and Mia, complement each other well to get to the finish line. These families share a passion for leadership. Each has its own approach to breeding cattle, yet those approaches are more similar than not. That’s why this joint venture has been so successful, with like quality across breed lines and the ability to present them as few can. Presentation of the product is a passion, and a skill set that has placed both firms on the map. The cattle in this sale book will stimulate thought, curiosity, and interest in scheduling an in-person visit, especially after the videos are posted on CCi.Live.

The devotion to genetic improvement is evident year after year. Measured performance continues to rise, and the bulls are masculine, stout, and built to work for seedstock or commercial cattlemen alike. Quality in kind and structural build will never be sacrificed for a piece of paper. As a result, the “breed association” improvement may not be on a rapid trajectory, but over the next five to ten years, it is projected to improve to a level that will be appealing to a broader base. Regardless, the cattle are constructed right from the surface up. Each breed sets to the surface with good, big feet, skeletal quality, substance of bone, muscle shape, and center body shape advantages as well.

Annually, females that leave this sale immediately enter donor lineups for those who invest in them. They are from popular, proven donor dams with proven production and earning records. So many of the bred females offered through this sale series are full sisters to the high-selling females offered as open prospects the previous marketing year. The earning potential of these females far exceeds their investment value, and the cattle have successfully acclimated to multiple environments and climates. We know this is the very best set of bred females the joint venture has ever offered, and we are certain you will agree once your eyes take them in.

2026 is the year to invest in quality and quality in volume where and when offered. The industry’s demand for quality is significant, and supply is short in some places, but it won’t be at 1474 State Line Street, Saint Ansgar, Iowa. If you have not been through this sale offering before, you simply do not know what you have been missing. If you need any additional information about the offering, guidance with selection, or sight unseen purchasing assistance, do not hesitate to reach out to Willie, Scott, Ty, or any of the Innovation AgMarketing Team. We look forward to fielding your calls and texts about the stock, and we appreciate your interest.

Enjoy the cattle,

WELCOME TO THE SALE.

angus THE BULLS

•What a way to initiate as deep and diverse set of bulls ever offered in the TC Reds and Weis Cattle annual event. The script could not have been written any better and executed to higher degree of perfection right here with Lot 1.

• Kruse Independence 2237 is sired by Rosebud, Stagemeyer, and Buck Creek stud STAG independence, who himself combines high end phenotypes from both production and showring oriented cattle tracing back to dominators within their sector, S A V Bismark 5682 and Colburn Primo 5153.

• His dam, Plum Creek Annie Lu 9271, has established herself very deserving of notoriety producing multiple high sellers and champions. That list includes the 2024 NJAS Reserve Grand Champion Owned Heifer and 2024 American Royal ROV Grand Champion Angus Heifer for the Curtin family and the 2023 Iowa State Fair Supreme Champion 4-H Breeding Heifer just to be brief.

• This dense, bold made cat has pedigree and phenotype that oozes quality. He comes with added foot, feature, and substance in a package that is constructed correctly for the surface up. Even still he maintains a presence that constitutes superiority.

• Come on up, the pay window is open!

angus THE BULLS

• BNWZ Dignity 8017 has established himself as the go-to Angus sire for cattle with more punch to their upper rib, hip, and bone work than their counterparts while still maintaining a look and structure that is correct and aesthetically pleasing. His service on the famed UDE Queen Ruth 9088, better known as “Becky”, that works diligently for the Lashmett and Weis partnership proved here to be a working recipe.

• A descendant of the bread-and-butter Udell mating KR Casino 6243 x KDJ Queen Ruth 502, “Becky” herself was a division winner at the 2020 NWSS ROV Angus Show and her progeny have continued her winning ways. She is the dam of Sloane Curtin’s 2022 Iowa Beef Expo Reserve Supreme Champion Female and recently a division winning Angus female for the Berg Family at the 2025 North American in Louisville.

• N549 comes to us as expected from his lineage. A bull that is stout in his skull and jawline lading back to ribcage and pin set that wide and robust. The angle and construction of his joints read with the appropriate set and longevity. He does all the necessities on a big foot with a look that reads with nothing but excellence.

• Tie in here!

• If you are after a herd sire backed by cow families that generating good ones is the only thing they know then look in here. 01N’s sire is a KR Casino 6243 son out of Seldon Rest Pin Gal 8105, who is known for generating all the quality black hided cattle around Ringle, Wisconsin, including the freshly slapped Grand Champion Angus Female in the Junior Show at the 2026 Cattleman’s Congress.

• This stud’s dam traces back to the legendary Udell matron, KDJ Queen Ruth 502, who simply needs no introduction. With two shots of the generational sire, KR Casino 6243, the script is written with excellence in the ink.

• He’s a herd sire prospect that hits the pen with added stoutness of bone and foot with power from every angle. His impact on a phenotypically progressive cow herd will be measurable for years to come.

angus THE BULLS

• Another son of Seldom Rest Pin Up Gal 8105 backed sire, CLF Enforcer 19J. This time supported by the up-and-coming Angus donor at Weis Cattle, JWC Cruella 21J. 21J herself was Supreme Champion Female at the Minnesota Beef Expo and is getting to work generating a BNWZ Dignity 8017 sired female that recently sold for $29,000 in the Fitzsimmons and Weis annual December event.

• As the Colonel would say, set your satchel down here, and we don’t recommend picking it up until this carries your same zip code.

•TERMS ANNOUNCED SALE DAY.

angus THE BULLS

• CLF Outsider 24N is unique sire prospect in his ability to merge added length to his body and neck with roundness and shape to his ribcage – traits we often see lost or forgotten about when trying to elevate the side view image of cattle.

• He comes with a pedigree that has built high end phenotype for multiple generations and firms. With the likes of “Shadoe” and “Lady” cow families along with Angus phenotype mainstay Silveiras Style 9303, he is bred for success.

• He will keep a phenotypically progressive outfit on the forefront of today’s fast paced cattle business.

• Next up is a son of past sale feature CLF 24 Karat 29K, a son of SCC SCH 24 Karat 838, that was selected by Jacob Moore of Buck Creek Ranch. 29K has done a solid job for the Bayer and Moore families, siring several high sellers and sale features for both outfits.

• This stout, attractive yearling comes from a highlight of the black hided cow herd in Ringle, Wisconsin that traces back the matron Gambles Jestress 9035.

• Genetic consistency backed by tremendous cow families is always a safe bet!

• We love the joint construction, body type, and style of this son of STAG Good Times 201 ET. He truly has been a highlight amongst his contemporaries as they have developed the past year.

• His daughters will be the highlight of the replacement pen year after year, and you will be excited to get them in production!

angus THE BULLS

• CLF Amendment 13N is an absolute standout sired by the outcross stud Styles Amendment B024. 13N is built with correctness to his structure and added presence without the sacrifice of real-world shape.

• His mother was a highlight in Tucker Bayer’s show string and since no stranger to generation. Just this past Louisville a maternal sister to 13N sired SCC SCH 24 Karat 838 was selected as reserve division in the junior show at the North American International Livestock Exposition in Louisville, Kentucky!

• Here’s the potential opportunity to diversify the genetic pool without sacrificing quality.

• Seldom Rest Pin Up Gal 8105 does it again! This time to the great outcross stud Styles Amendment Z55.

• 8105 would be the mother to CLF Pin Up Gal 40M, the banner collecting female Tucker Bayer has successfully exhibited over the last year. 40M’s list of accolades are long, but her biggest banners came shortly after the turn of the calendar when she was selected Grand Champion Angus Female in the Junior Show at 2026 Cattlemen’s Congress and was later slapped to Third Overall Junior Female when to dust settled for the first time in the new OG&E Coliseum.

• This high tying, bold built, good-looking rascal will be ready to inject the goods into the generation wherever you see fit to use him. •TERMS ANNOUNCED SALE DAY.

Only One 1506N

• Like his full brother above, extra scale and performance come with the territory, with 1506N having a skosh more depth through his heart and center rib. He even one-upped his brother on weaning day, mashing the scales at 871 pounds.

• Imagine the baldy females he will create!

WEIS MISS LILLY 35J

simmental THE BULLS

• The waters are deep in the Only One sire group.

• Out of another WLE Copacetic E02 dam, TCB Only One 28N is a high-end individual – wide based, bold bodied, and expansive through his pen set all constructed in an attractive package.

• We generally don’t talk about feeder cattle marketability with herd sires of this quality, but in today’s market, quality is sought after and paid for. You will be the first one to the coffee shop the day after his calf crop sells.

• This unique creature could have just as easily led off the Only One sire group.

• KCKR/Weis Only One 116N is as “outthere” as any in the offering. The arch and attachment of his neck, the roundness of his rib cage, the stoutness to his pin set, and the rhinolike bone work are all next level.

• For those who believe great females are the basis of great sires, 116N traces to the immortal $8 million+ dam, Miss Werning KP 8543U.

• Get in where you fit in!

simmental THE BULLS

• This SimAngus sire comes from the heart of the program, sired by an in-house bred TL Ledger son that is putting in the work. He’s the natural calf of the future of Angus cattle at the Wies outfit and Conley No Limit daughter, JWC Cruella 21J.

• The basic build of this guy is bold and fault free. Imagine his daughters in production… mouthwatering!

simmental THE BULLS

• Allow us to introduce you to the SO Remnant 418J sire group. SO Remnant 418J was blessed to get the call to service the black-hided donors at TC Reds last spring, and, boy, did he deliver results.

• The initial son of the Reserve National Champion comes backed by a Werning dam that carries the influence that built the Werning program, Miss Werning KP 8543U and W/C Miss Angel 2870Z.

• TCB Remnant 93N is all that and more of what we expected from his sire. 93N is a smooth-built, bold-constructed, and goodlooking herd sire in the making. Like his sire, we too expect him to simply make the next generation better. After all, that’s what we are after for both cattle and humans.

• It is with great excitement we introduce to you this royal pedigreed SimAngus prospect. He comes with the freshest genetics the Bayer family has to offer, sired by SO Remnant 418J out of the tried-and-true cornerstone Angus female, FCF Phyllis 770.

• It’s intriguing for a bull to be genuinely bold and soft in his body, big and expansive in his upper hip and lower quarter, all the while maintaining smoothness at each of his transition points. We truly believe you should see for yourself…a sale day must see!

simmental THE BULLS

• This son of SO Remnant 418J is out of the Stella 08E donor, a female that needs no introduction to the crowd. 08E was the 2019 National Western Stock Show and Fort Worth Stock Show and Rodeo Reserve Champion Heifer that has produced countless high sellers and champions to the TC and Weis outfits.

• TC Remnant 80M comes with the tools to go the distance. Muscle, center body, structural integrity, and performance will not be sacrificed once introduced to a set of cows. Take note of an impressive weaning day performance at about 814 pounds.

• The second son on offer out of the leading Simmental lady for the Bayer firm, J6C Weis Miss Coco 16F, is stout and studly.

• J6C Weis Miss Coco 16F was a champion herself and has since turned the crank in production. Her natural calf by one of the greatest SO Remedy 7F sons in use, SO Remnant 418J, sets a new standard for dimension and density within the auction.

• If you need to add some punch and power to calf crop TCB Remnant 87N is your guy!
