At Y Camp, the possibilities are endless! Y Summer Camps provide children and teens with supervised activities that cultivate values, develop skills, nurture relationships, and actively explore children’s imagination.

You will receive an ePACT welcome email after April 15. Simply click the link in the ePACT welcome email and complete your registration pack conveniently online! EPACT must be completed before campers can participate in any YMCA programs.

At Splash Camp, kids will make a splash while learning fundamental swim skills, water safety, and also have some time for free swim! Each week features a fun water-related theme, along with games and activities that keep campers active and engaged. Every day, after lunch, your child will participate in a 45-minute swim lesson with a certified swim instructor, followed by 45 minutes of supervised recreation swim time in the pool. At the end of the week, each camper will receive a certificate of achievement showcasing their swim level—perfect for continuing lessons at the Y. This camp will take place at the Ventura Family YMCA.

This hands-on cooking camp introduces kids to basic kitchen skills through fun recipes and helping prepare small bites for lunch each day. Campers practice measuring, cutting, mixing, and following recipes while learning kitchen etiquette, food and knife safety, and healthy food choices. Perfect for young foodies and aspiring chefs who love to learn by doing.

At Sleepaway Camp at Lake Sequoia, the adventure never stops! Campers stay in cabins at night and spend their days immersed in nature, enjoying activities like hiking, sports, crafts, and water recreation. They’ll return home with new friends and an adventurous spirit.
The Counselor-in-Training (CIT) Program helps teens develop the skills needed to become camp counselors and strong employees. This program offers a unique opportunity to build leadership skills by assisting counselors with younger campers and gaining hands-on experience in a camp setting.
CITs are chosen through an application and interview process, with space limited to 10 participants. To apply, teens must register online and pay a camp deposit. If not selected, the YMCA will refund the deposit.
Transportation to Youth Overnight Camp departs from Ventura Family YMCA, 3760 Telegraph Road, Ventura, CA 93003. A $250 deposit is required at time of registration.
Join us for a week-long family adventure packed with fun and new experiences! Enjoy activities like hiking, swimming, canoeing, rock climbing, fishing, paddle boarding, campfires, or simply relaxing with a good book.
The package includes six nights of lodging, meals, morning kids’ camps, arts and crafts, the YMCA Rag Program, and more. Pricing covers accommodations and activities for up to four family members.

YMCA Summer Camp is ACA accredited! ACA Accreditation means that your child’s summer camp cares enough to undergo a thorough peer review of its operation — from staff qualifications and training to emergency management. American Camp Association collaborates with experts from the American Academy of Pediatrics, the American Red Cross, and other youth-serving agencies to assure that current practices at your child’s camp reflect the most up-to-date, research-based standards in camp operation. We will utilize the BLASTING INTO SUMMER curriculum at all of our Day Camp locations this summer. This licensed program combines learning, adventure, and fun and ensures that campers have an unforgettable camp experience that ignites their passions, fosters personal growth, and creates lifelong memories. The building blocks of the BLASTING curriculum include: Belonging, Literacy, Arts, STEM, Team-Building, Imagination, Nature and Gross Motor Activities. Camp Staff have selected various BLASTING modules to accompany our fun camp themes.

¡En el Campamento Sleepaway en Lake Sequoia la aventura nunca se detiene! Regresarán a casa con nuevos amigos y un espíritu aventurero.

El programa de Consejero en Entrenamiento (CIT) ayuda a los adolescentes a desarrollar las habilidades necesarias para convertirse en consejeros de campamento y en empleados responsables. Este programa ofrece una oportunidad única para fortalecer el liderazgo al apoyar a los consejeros con campistas más pequeños y obtener experiencia práctica en un entorno de campamento.
Los CIT son seleccionados mediante un proceso de solicitud y entrevista, con cupo limitado a 10 participantes. Para postularse, los adolescentes deben registrarse en línea y pagar un depósito del campamento. Si no son seleccionados, el YMCA reembolsará el depósito.
El transporte al Campamento Nocturno
