“My daughter goes to the Y after school and I meet her there sometimes, because it is convenient and close to the high school. The free membership for teens has helped offset the cost, and it has helped me stay consistent with my daily routine and my health because staying healthy is important, especially as we age. When I get to spend time with my daughter at the gym, it gives us time to discuss our daily issues, good or bad. The Y has friendly staff members who are there for the kids and offer many activities for them. Kids need an outlet, and this is a great place for them.”
