1. Wash your carrot and peel the skin. Slice the carrot into discs.
2. Boil the kettle with 200ml of water. Add the stock cube to a measuring jug and pour the boiled water over it. Stir the water so the stock cube is mixed in.
3. Drain the kidney beans and then pour into the saucepan along with the chopped tomatoes. Add the sliced carrot to the saucepan too. Heat the saucepan to medium.
4. Pour the stock mix into the saucepan. Stir all together.
5. Add the half of the spaghetti to the saucepan.
6. When the pasta is cooked and the liquid has reduced, your soup is ready to be served.
