Join us for a virtual afterschool cooking class from your own kitchen! Our talented staff will connect with students virtually and guide them through a 1-hour class where they’ll develop essential skills to confidently cook at home. In each of these skill-based classes you will join us to create a unique menu where we will focus on a cooking method, sauce and knife work. Take them individually or take them all for a deep dive into all things culinary.

In this class we will learn the ins and outs of braising (my favorite cooking method...Shh don’t tell the others) with some knife skills and a quick dive into homemade breads.
