For the high purity alumina products of the current enterprise, Zheng Guanjun admitted that he had not done well enough. He inspected the market demand. At present, highpurity alumina with a particle size of 0.6 μm is well used and can be applied to ceramic substrates and ceramic filters. In addition, there are some applications in electronic films, but they are gradually replaced by boehmite because boehmite is thinner and lighter than high purity alumina.
In view of the different applications in different markets, Zheng Guanjun said that the next job is to find different experts to demonstrate, seek technical cooperation, and then think about how to open up the market. He set himself a preparation time for the next year and firmly believes that he can make highpurity alumina products that meet the market demand.
At present, there are more and more enterprises producing boehmite in the market, and the overcapacity of conventional products is relatively serious. In view of this, Zheng Champion abandoned the more competitive 0.8 μm boehmite market and turned to develop 0.5 μm boehmite products.
At present, the peak silicon carbide products have stable cooperation with several foreign customers, and the other side has higher requirements for quality, which also forces enterprises to continue to cultivate deeply in the field of excellence.
In order to continuously improve the quality of products, Zheng Guanjun has always attached great importance to technical cooperation. He said that cooperation can combine the advantages of both sides and shorten the research and development time and cost. However, he also has very high requirements for technical partners. He must not only have forward-looking thinking, but also keep up with market trends; he must be good at communicating with his peers, but also have a broad mind and a cautious attitude.
However, for enterprises, technology alone is not enough. The person in charge should also consider how to apply the technology to the overall production and continuously refine it.
