SELF FORGIVENESS

You are supposed to live in your fullest expression of yourself and shine Forgiveness for both yourself and others, will release you of past experiences that may be holding you back and keeping you stuck

UNDERSTANDING FORGIVENESS

Choosing to forgive both yourself and others for your past experiences, is a choice only you can make

By releasing your past mistakes and instead choosing to see them as a valuable life lesson, enables you the opportunity for growth and expansion

Forgiveness is something that you do to empower yourself

It grants you the freedom you need to be able to move forward in a healthy productive way You are not excusing another's behaviour, but no longer allowing it to keep you feeling stuck and disempowered

Forgiveness is realising that what happened in the past was not your fault. Realising it will never change, it happened, but it doesn't have to define you

On the following pages, there are a series of exercises for you to better understand forgiveness and the freedom that comes from letting go.

1. Write a list of everyone you need to forgive.

2 Ask yourself why you need to forgive them

3 Take as long as you need on each person & don't rush the process

4 Allowing yourself space to feel whatever feelings appear, take a deep breath

3 Look deep into your eyes
