Entry Method

A How to Enter:

To enter the Promotion, the entrant must complete the following steps during the applicable Promotional Period:

a) spend $25 or more on any food and beverage or merchandise item(s) in one (1) transaction from a Participating Venue. Entrants will receive an entry form at the time of purchase, while stocks last; and b) complete the entry form for the Promotion with their personal details (first name, last name, email address and phone number) and then submit it in the entry box at the Participating Venue.

Entry Method

a) purchase or renew their membership (SGAC, ONE55 or West HQ). Entrants will receive two (2) entry forms at the time of purchase/renewal, while stocks last; and b) complete the entry forms for the Promotion with their personal details (first name, last name, email address and phone number) and then submit it in the entry box at the Participating Venue.

Entries Permitted:

Multiple entries permitted subject to the following:

a) a maximum of two (2) entry forms is permitted per membership purchase or membership renewal;

b) a maximum of one (1) entry form is permitted per qualifying $25 spend in a single transaction. For example, a $50 transaction will receive two (2) entry forms; a $100 transaction will receive four (4) entry forms;

c) members of West HQ Loyal will receive one (1) bonus entry form per qualifying $25 spend. Members must swipe their West HQ Membership card at the time of purchase to receive their bonus entry form(s). For example, a $50 transaction will receive four (4) entry forms; a $100 transaction will receive eight (8) entry forms; and

d) receipts cannot be combined to meet the qualifying $25 spend. Each entry must be completed separately and in accordance with the entry instructions above.

The entrant is eligible to win a maximum of one (1) Repeated Draw Prize, subject to the Prize Limits outlined below

● The first two (2) valid entries drawn from Repeated Draw 1 (“Participant”) will each win the opportunity to play a contingency game (“Game”) for the chance to win the Major Prize (as set out below) (“Repeated Draw Prize”).

B How to Enter:

To enter the Promotion, the entrant must complete the following steps during the applicable Promotional Period:

a) be a member of West HQ Loyal; and b) swipe their West HQ Loyal card at the promotional terminals on Thursdays between 4:30 pm and 9:59 pm (local time)

Entries will be automatically recorded upon completion of the above steps.

Multiple entries permitted subject to the following:

a) maximum of one (1) swipe (entry) per person is permitted each Thursday between 4:30 pm and 9:59 pm (local time) to enter that day’s draw.

The entrant is eligible to win a maximum of one (1) Thursday Draw Prize, subject to the Prize Limits outlined below

Thursday Draws:

• There will be one (1) draw conducted for the entries received each Thursday of the applicable Promotional Period, with a total of nine (9) draws (using computerised random selection) (“Thursday Draws”). Each Thursday Draw will take place at West HQ, 33 Railway St, ROOTY HILL, NSW, 2766 at 10:00 pm (local time) after entries close for that Thursday Draw, with the first Thursday Draw taking place on 02/10/25 and the last Thursday Draw taking place on 27/11/25.

• Entries in each Thursday Draw will NOT be entered into any subsequent Thursday Draw/s.

• The first valid entry drawn from each Thursday Draw (“Participant”) will win the opportunity to play a contingency game (“Game”) for the chance to win the Major Prize (as set out below) (“Thursday Draw Prize”)

• The entrant must be present at the draw in order to be eligible for the prize.

• The draw conductor may select additional reserve entries in case an invalid entry or entrant is drawn and/or if the entrant is not present at the draw.

• The Promoter will ensure each draw is open for public scrutiny and anyone may witness the draw on request. The winner of a drawn prize is determined by chance.

C How to Enter:

Hourly Draws:

a) A total of six (6) hourly draws will take place at West HQ, 33 Railway St, ROOTY HILL, NSW, 2766 from 02:00 pm AEDT until 7:00 pm AEDT on 30/11/25 (via barrel draw) The first hourly draw will include entries from 07:00 pm AEDT on 28/11/25 until 01:59 pm AEDT on 30/11/25 and then subsequent hourly draws will include entries received during the previous hour. Non-winning entries for each Hourly Draw will be entered into subsequent Hourly Draw/s.

b) The first valid entry drawn in each Hourly Draw (“Participant”) will win the opportunity to play a contingency game (“Game”) for the chance to win the Major Prize (as set out below) (“Draw Prize”)

c) The entrant must be present at the draw in order to be eligible for the prize.

d) The draw conductor may select additional reserve entries in case an invalid entry or entrant is drawn and/or if the entrant is not present at the draw

e) The Promoter will ensure each draw is open for public scrutiny and anyone may witness the draw on request. The winner of a drawn prize is determined by chance.

Prize Limits For the sake of clarity, an individual may only win one (1) opportunity to play in the contingency game for the chance to win the Major Prize (“Opportunity”). For example, if an individual was drawn for both Entry Methods A and B, then they will receive one (1) Opportunity for the first Entry Method they were drawn for (e.g. Entry Method A) and the Opportunity for the second Entry Method they were drawn for (e.g. Entry Method B) will be awarded to the first reserve winner.

Game Details:

• The Game will take place at West HQ, 33 Railway St, Rooty Hill NSW 2766 at 08:00 pm AEDT on 30/11/25. The Participant will be responsible for transport to and from the Game.

• If the Participant cannot attend the Game, the Participant may appoint a proxy over 18 years of age to play the Game on their behalf provided the Participant gives the Promoter written, signed notice to that effect before the start of the Game

• The Participant or proxy (where appropriate, as outlined above) will be referred to as the ‘Attendee’ for the purpose of these Conditions of Entry.

• The Attendee must follow the instructions provided by the Promoter in relation to their participation in the Game.

• There will be twenty-four (24) keys on display at the start of the Game, each numbered one (1) through twenty four (24).

• Attendees will select one (1) key each, in the order in which they were drawn as winners to participate in the Game, i.e. the first drawn Attendee will select first, the second-drawn will select second, and so on until all keys are selected. The Promoter’s decision in this regard will be final.

• Each selected key corresponds to one (1) of the twenty-four (24) locks on the prize door. After selecting their key, the Attendee will use it to attempt to open the prize door. Only one (1) key will successfully open the prize door and win the Major Prize. The Attendee whose key successfully opens the door will, subject to verification by the judges, be deemed the Major Prize Winner and will receive the Major Prize.

• The Major Prize includes:

o a new KIA Hybrid Sportage SX HEV in Gravity Grey (2025) valued at $51,105.25 and new a KIA Electric EV3 AIR – Standard Range in Black Pearl (2025), valued at $49,540.00 with automatic transmission, 12-months registration, 12-months compulsory third party insurance, stamp duty and dealer delivery charges; and

o one (1) year of the Ultimate Family Lifestyle package including:

▪ Family fitness passes to SGAC and ONE55 facilities: four (4) ONE55 adult gym memberships plus access to SGAC for casual swimming for one (1) year (valued at $4,984).

▪ family theatre shows at the Coliseum Theatre: four (4) tickets to four (4) shows (valued at $2,864; $179 per ticket).

▪ family accommodation at Novotel West HQ: two (2) adults and two (2) children family package, including breakfast, for four (4) nights (valued at $1,200); and

▪ a $2,000 dining gift card, redeemable at West HQ dining, bar and café venues

• All other Attendees whose keys do not open the prize door will each receive a $500 consolation prize, subject to verification by the judges (“Consolation Prize”). The Consolation Prize will be awarded in cash.

• If the Attendee is found to have breached any conditions for playing the Game or participating in this Promotion, they (or the person they are playing on behalf of, if applicable) may be disqualified by the Promoter.

• A Loss Adjuster must be present at the Game to ensure the Game is conducted as per these Conditions of Entry.

• Only one (1) prize will be awarded per Attendee (being either the Major Prize or the Consolation Prize).

Further Prize Details: Car Prize Conditions:

● Additional insurance, options, petrol and all other ancillary costs are the responsibility of the winner.

● The winner must collect the prize from Heartland Kia Blacktown, 120 Sunnyholt Drive Blacktown NSW 2148.

● If the winner is, through any legal incapacity or otherwise, unable to register the car in their own name, then the winner may assign the car to another person (who consents to such assignment) with legal capacity for the purpose of registration. The Promoter takes no responsibility for any such arrangements between the winner and the assignee. The winner must provide the Promoter with certified copies of all required documentation as required by the Promoter before the car is awarded. It is a condition of accepting the prize that the winner may be required to sign a legal release in a form to be determined by the Promoter in its discretion.

Gift Card Conditions:

• Any ancillary costs associated with redeeming the gift card are not included. Any unused balance of the gift card will not be awarded as cash. Redemption of the gift card is subject to any terms and conditions of the issuer including those specified with the gift card.

Entry Method A winners will be contacted via email and phone on the same day as the corresponding draw.

Entry Method B and C winners are required to be present at the time of the draw to be eligible for the prize. The winners will be announced following the draw and will be asked to come forward to verify themselves. If a winner is not able to make themselves known within four (4) minutes of being announced, the promotional staff will move on to the next reserve winner and so on (until a winner is determined).

In the event that for any reason whatsoever a winner does not accept a Prize (including if the Promoter is not able to successfully get in contact with the winner) or if the winner is determined to not be an eligible entrant, then the prize will be forfeited by the winner and the first selected reserve entrant drawn from the original draw will be deemed to be the winner of the relevant prize (“Unclaimed Prize Winner”). 1. The entrant agrees and acknowledges that they have read these Conditions of Entry (and the Schedule) and that entry into the Promotion is deemed to be acceptance of these Conditions of Entry (and the Schedule). Any capitalised terms used in these Conditions of Entry have the meaning given in the Schedule, unless stated otherwise.

2. The Promotion commences on the Start Date and ends on the End Date ("Promotional Period"). Where applicable, entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt by the Promoter and not at the time of transmission or deposit by the entrant. Records of the Promoter and its agencies are final and conclusive as to the time of receipt.

3. Valid and eligible entries will be accepted during the Promotional Period.

4. West HQ Employees, Directors or auditors (and their immediate family members) of the Participating Venues, agencies/companies directly associated with the conduct of this Promotion, the Promoter, businesses involved in determination of winner/s for the Promotion, businesses involved in the management of the Promotion, any organisation benefiting from the Promotion, the Promoter’s distributors, suppliers, subsidiary companies/businesses and associated companies and agencies are not eligible to enter. "Immediate family member" means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, stepparent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.

5. All reasonable attempts will be made to contact each winner.

6. If any winner chooses not to take their prize (or is unable to), or does not take or claim a prize within a reasonable time, as specified by the Promoter, they will forfeit the prize and the Promoter is not obliged to offer a substitute prize.

7. Where entry is allowed by purchase or subscription, the cost of the product or service is no greater than the cost would be without the opportunity to participate in the Promotion.

8. The Promoter supports the responsible service of alcohol and encourages consumers to enjoy alcohol responsibly. Entrants will be refused service of alcohol or provision of an alcohol beverage if it would breach any laws, codes or policies including those of the relevant liquor licensee relating to the responsible service of alcohol. Legal aged consumers are advised to consider the safe drinking levels recommended in the National Health and Medical Research Council Australian Guidelines to Reduce Health Risks from Drinking Alcohol. Entry and continued participation in this Promotion is subject to the Participating Venue's liquor serving policy.

9. The value of the prizes is accurate and based upon the recommended retail value of the prizes where applicable (inclusive of GST) at the date of publication. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of the prizes after that date.

10. No part of a prize is exchangeable, redeemable for cash or any other prize or transferable, unless otherwise specified in writing by the Promoter.

11. If a prize (or portion of a prize) is unavailable the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize (or that portion of the prize) to a prize of equal or greater value and specification, subject to any written directions of a regulatory authority.

12. No entry fee is charged by the Promoter to enter the Promotion.

13. Each prize will be awarded to the person named in the entry and any entry that is made on behalf of an entrant or by a third party will be invalid. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant or winner, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant or winner.

14. Entrants' personal information will be collected by the Promoter directly or through the Promoter’s agents or contractors. Personal information will be stored on the Promoter's database. The Promoter collects personal information about entrants to run this Promotion and may disclose entrants' personal information to its related entities and to third parties including its contractors and agents, prize suppliers and service providers to assist in

conducting this Promotion. The Promoter may also disclose entrants’ personal information to the State and Territory lottery departments as required under the relevant lottery legislation. By entering, entrants consent to receive email or SMS messages from the Promoter without any functional unsubscribe facility if they relate primarily to the conduct of this Promotion. If the entrant does not provide their personal information as requested, they may be ineligible to enter or claim a prize in the Promotion. The Promoter’s Privacy Policy (see https://westhq.com.au/privacy-policy-2/) includes information about: (a) how an entrant can seek access to the personal information the Promoter holds about them and seek correction of the information; and (b) how to complain about a privacy breach and how the Promoter will deal with such a complaint.

15. For the purposes of public statements and advertisements, the Promoter may only publish the winner's surname, initial and postcode of residence.

16. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse to allow a winner to take part in any or all aspects of a prize, if the Promoter determines in its absolute discretion, that a winner is not in the physical or mental condition necessary to be able to safely participate in or accept the prize.

17. It is a condition of accepting the prize that a winner may be required to sign a legal release as determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion, prior to receiving a prize.

18. If a prize is provided to the Promoter by a third party, the prize is subject to the terms and conditions of the third party prize supplier. The terms and conditions which apply to the prize at the time it is issued to the winner will prevail over these Conditions of Entry in the event of any inconsistency. To the extent permitted by law the Promoter accepts no responsibility or liability for any delay or failure by the third party to deliver the prize, any delay or failure relating to the prize itself or failure by the third party to meet any of its obligations in these Conditions of Entry or otherwise.

19. Any guarantee or warranty given is in addition to any relevant statutory guarantees and warranties and nothing in these Conditions of Entry restricts, excludes or modifies or purports to restrict, exclude or modify any statutory consumer rights under any applicable law including the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)

20. If for any reason any aspect of this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of computer virus, communications network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failure or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter, the Promoter may, in its sole discretion, cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion and invalidate any affected entries, or suspend or modify a prize, subject to State or Territory regulation.

21. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to validate and check the authenticity of entries and entrant's details (including an entrant's identity, age and place of residence). If a winner cannot provide suitable proof as required by the Promoter to validate their entry, the winner will forfeit the prize in whole and no substitute will be offered. Incomplete, indecipherable, inaudible, incorrect and illegible entries, as applicable, will at the Promoter's discretion be deemed invalid and not eligible to win. Entries containing offensive or defamatory comments, or which breach any law or infringe any third party rights, including intellectual property rights, are not eligible to win. The use of any automated entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows an individual to automatically enter repeatedly is prohibited and may render all entries submitted by that individual invalid.

22. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify entries in the event of non-compliance with these Conditions of Entry. If there is a dispute concerning the conduct of the Promotion or claiming a prize, the Promoter will resolve the dispute in direct consultation with the entrant. If the dispute cannot be resolved the Promoter’s decision, acting reasonably, will be final.

23. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense, damage, personal injury or death which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person's negligence or willful misconduct) in connection with this Promotion or accepting or using any prize (or recommendation). For the sake of clarity, this clause shall not apply where the Promoter has contributed to or caused such loss, expense, damage, personal injury or death and shall not apply to any liability which cannot be excluded by law (in each case the Promoter’s liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law).

24. The winner(s) will participate in and co-operate as required with all reasonable marketing and editorial activities relating to the Promotion, including (but not limited to) being recorded, photographed, filmed or interviewed and acknowledges that the Promoter may use any such marketing and editorial material without further reference or compensation to them.

25. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications and the entrant must seek their own independent financial advice in regards to the tax implications relating to the prize or acceptance of the prize.

26. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of these rights.
