CHARLES HOLMES

A native North Carolinian and longtime New Yorker, Charles Holmes brings the graciousness of a true Southern gentleman to his accomplished real estate career. After thirty years at Oppenheimer & Co., where he managed the Global Equities division with more than 300 employees in the United States, London, Tel Aviv, and Hong Kong, Charles went on to work at GenSpring, a multi-family office and division of SunTrust Private Wealth Management. Over his distinguished career, he has built strong relationships with principals at private equity firms and hedge funds, as well as prominent trusts and estates attorneys, accountants, and art advisors.

Specializing in Manhattan co-ops, condos, townhouses, and new development sales, Charles stays ahead of the curve on the city’s newest residential offerings. He is “price blind” in his approach — treating every transaction, whether large or small, with the same level of attention, dedication, and care.

Having lived in New York for more than twenty-five years, Charles raised two daughters on the Upper East Side and has also called the Upper West Side, Central Park South, and now Murray Hill home. His deep appreciation for the city extends to all its neighborhoods, and he keeps himself constantly informed about each one.

Actively engaged in philanthropic and non-profit work, Charles serves as a trustee for the Hope Funds for Cancer Research in Newport, St. Bartholomew’s Conservancy, which preserves one of the great sacred sites on Park Avenue, and Methodist University in Fayetteville, North Carolina. With his impressive financial background, warm demeanor, and professional expertise, Charles inspires trust and confidence in his clients, guiding them seamlessly through every stage of buying or selling New York real estate.

Evita has always been curious about people’s homes. Walking down the streets of NYC, she would wonder, gazing up at all the different buildings, “Who are the people who live there, and what are their stories?” She takes enormous pride in being a part of the real estate industry and helping New Yorkers navigate the often convoluted path to their dream home.

Evita’s clients can expect her to walk them through the process, from A-Z, preparing them for what to expect. Buying or renting an apartment in NYC can be very daunting and stressful, and her role is to absorb that stress and serve as her clients’ advisor

and friend in whom they can trust. She has worked with clients ranging from those purchasing studio apartments to those listing multi-million-dollar properties. Evita is patient and genuinely wants the best for her clients, and is willing to put in effort and time until they find the home they truly love.

Prior to her career in real estate, she worked in PR, finance, fashion, and a tech startup, Evita has lived in several different neighborhoods in the city, with her all-time favorite being Tribeca. In her spare time, she enjoys travelling, reading, going on hikes and give back to the community by volunteering.
