Eliminate
Make lifestyle choices that result in optimum health. Exercise regularly, get enough quality sleep and eliminate toxic stress in your life. Of course, don’t smoke, drink to excess or abuse drugs. Nutrition for Cellular Health
The number of cells in a newborn is around 26 billion. That number increases to about 36 trillion cells in adults. Body cells constantly recycle and regenerate in a continuous turnover cycle, and you want those cells to be healthy.

Evelyn Maeve is our great granddaughter. Her mom and dad are Micah and Emily Knowles, and the family lives in New Brunswick. ReAssure SP: Not Just For Men
Even though AIM has traditionally promoted ReAssure SP as a natural health product that supports the prostate health of men, the product datasheet has always included the question, “Can ReAssure SP benefit women as well? ” The answer is “ Yes! ”
Then there’s the warning printed on the product label: “Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding . . . .” Those words are not there by mistake but obviously not for men. The fact is, ReAssure SP can be taken by women to reduce the frequency of urination, and urinary conditions tend to gradually increase as women age. The primary ingredient that provides the health benefits for women is in the ReAssure name: SP . . . short for saw palmetto.

Both the men and the women who had been experiencing the annoyance of frequent urination showed significant improvement during daytime hours along with a substantial reduction in the number of times they needed to urinate. These beneficial effects showed that taking saw palmetto is useful in improving quality of life not only for men but women as well. The recommended daily serving of 2 ReAssure SP capsules delivers 320 mg of saw palmetto, the same amount participants took in the study.

December embraces a month of celebrations that finish off with the New Year’s Eve countdown to 2026. Each holiday celebration involves a feast of food usually topped off with delectable desserts aplenty. For a healthy and chocolaty dessert choice, here is a quick-and-easy recipe that includes the nutritious taste of CoCoa LeafGreens.
Festive CoCoa LeafGreens Delights
Dry Ingredients
• 2 heaping tbsp of CoCoa LeafGreens
• 2 scoops of ProPeas
• 1 cup of rolled oats
• 1 tbsp of chia seeds
• 1½ tbsp of toasted sunflower seeds
• 1½ tbsp of toasted pumpkin seeds
• ½ cup of unsweetened coconut flakes [Optional]
Wet Ingredients
• 3 tbsp of honey or maple syrup (adjust for sweetness preference)
• 1 cup of almond or cashew butter
• 2 tsp of vanilla extract
• 3 tbsp of melted coconut oil
Directions
1) Mix all dry ingredients together in a bowl.

2) Add honey (or maple syrup), almond butter (or cashew butter) and vanilla extract and mix into dry ingredients.

4) Refrigerate in sealed container until serving time.

Chrononutrition: Is Timing Everything?
The history of studying our internal biological clocks began nearly 300 years ago. 1 Chronobiology is the science behind this “timepiece” that examines how the rhythms of the seasons, sun and moon affect the natural cycles of our bodies: circadian rhythm.
It is quite fascinating how our cellular processes interact, producing daily rhythms in both how we behave and how our bodies feel. Increasing this knowledge offers the transformative potential of a holistic approach to studying our biological systems to further understand cellular networks and improve human health.
Digging deeper, there’s an emerging field involving our biological clocks called chrononutrition, which examines how the timing of when we eat our meals affects our health and well-being.2 As a specific example, eating a big breakfast, a small lunch and an even smaller dinner turns out to be better for weight loss, hunger suppression and metabolism than the other way around.
A 12-week study of 93 overweight and obese females divided them into two different dietary groups that committed to daily meal intakes of:
1) a 700-calorie breakfast, a 500-calorie lunch and a 200-calorie dinner.
2) a 200-calorie breakfast, a 500-calorie lunch and a 700-calorie dinner.
At the end of 3 months, the bigger breakfast group lost double the amount of weight—19 pounds compared to 8—and trimmed their waistlines by an extra 2 inches. 3
It simply makes sense that if you eat a big breakfast, you spend the rest of the day burning off those calories. On the other hand, if you eat a big dinner, you are not as active afterward and then it’s time for bed.
Timing may be everything when it comes to meals for weight loss and overall good health: chrononutrition.
