February is a “challenging” month at AIM. It’s the very first month of the “AIM 90-Day Health and Weight Loss Challenge” for Members and Customers who share a short monthly reflection on their weight loss goal and healthy habits. Exciting monthly prizes will be rewarded for the submissions that inspire and motivate the most. In support of the weight loss aspect of the challenge is “Weight Off!” that provides the basics of what it takes to lose unwanted pounds and keep them lost.

olas van Rensburg,

The truth is, there’s a lot going on in the month of February, especially the awareness of heart health. Turn to “Heart-Healthy Habits” for six ways to support the organ that beats nonstop for a lifetime. February also happens to be North America’s coldest month of the year, which impacts how your skin feels and looks. “Asking About Skincare That Works in Winter” covers these chilling effects.

When it comes to nutrition that works for all seasons, “BarleyLife Delivers Results.” These testimonials are just a snippet of the great feedback received from a survey conducted on the options available for taking barley leaf juice powder. February Living Well magazine also focuses the “AIM Spotlight on ReAssure SP” for both men and women, aiming primarily at the saw palmetto berry oil extract in this natural health product. Additionally, there’s a “Fresh Focus on Mag-nificence CWR” that takes a closer look at the magic of magnesium.

Antioxidant Protection From Proancynol 2000 Life is all about balance, even at the cellular level in the ongoing battle between oxidants that damage and antioxidants that prevent their damage. The defensive nature of Proancynol 2000 contributes to this vital inner balance by boosting the presence of antioxidants in your body. The individual compounds represented in the 7 ingredients below are just a few of the abundant protective antioxidants in Proancynol 2000. 1 Green tea extract contains many bioactive antioxidants, and epigallocatechin-3gallate (EGCG) is one of its most potent. Along with powerful antioxidant activity that neutralizes oxidants, EGCG delivers inflammation-fighting and cardioprotective properties. Absorbed intestinally by gut microbiota, EGCG is metabolized into bioactive compounds that are transported to targeted areas of the body. 2 Rosemary extract delivers plant-sourced compounds with high antioxidant activity, and rosmarinic acid (RA) is one that provides a number of beneficial biological effects. In addition to being cytoprotective, neuroprotective, inflammation-fighting and virus-combating, RA’s effective radical-scavenging activity is enhanced by caffeic acid and danshensu, two primary metabolites that form rosmarinic acid. 3 Grape seed extract delivers a powerful source of antioxidant activity, primarily from the presence of plant-sourced polyphenols called proanthocyanidins. These phenolic compounds in grape seeds are mostly flavonoids, including potent flavan-3-ols that protect cells from the damaging effects of free radicals. 4 Tomato extract represents another food-sourced, antioxidant-rich ingredient, and the carotenoid, lycopene, and phenolic compounds are key components that contribute to the overall antioxidant capacity of the extract. By trapping oxidants and reducing their damage to DNA, enzymatic proteins and membrane lipids, tomato extract helps to ameliorate oxidative stress in the body.

Weight Off!

Take the Challenge

It’s the second month of 2026 and a time when a New Year’s resolution to lose weight and get fit is either being followed through with or has been given up on, which statistically happens around the second Friday of January. AIM offers support for whichever state of the resolution Members and Customers find themselves in presently, making February the first month of a 90-Day Health and Weight Loss Challenge. Good health and ideal body weight go hand in hand. For the vast majority of people, losing weight happens by burning off more calories than they consume. Calories are simply units of energy measurement from nutritional choices, and the cells of the body make energy primarily from the carbohydrates, fats and proteins in those choices. Maintaining healthy cells and optimal cellular function requires healthy food choices, which in turn contribute to maintaining an ideal body weight.

It's important to choose healthy plantbased sources of food. For example, a whole baked or boiled potato is nutrientdense, providing vitamin C, vitamin B6, potassium, protein and fiber but with no added fat or sodium. Potato chips are plant-based but low in nutrients and high in sodium, fat and calories. Choices matter when trying to lose weight and prevent it from returning.

AIM for a Sensible Calorie Deficit Daily calorie needs can range from 1,600 to 3,000, depending on age, sex, height, weight and exercise habits. A deficit of about 500 calories per day results in weight loss of about 1-2 pounds a week. It’s a healthy aim. Increasing the amount of physical activity you do daily also contributes to a calorie deficit, even burning off those 500 calories daily. Intermixing wholesome nutrition and exercise is a great combination for weight loss. Don’t be in a hurry to see results, which is why AIM’s challenge lasts for three months. By the end of April, you will feel healthier and hopefully will be a little lighter than when you started.

Healthful Tips

Calorie-dense nutrition can make people gain weight because their caloric intake is greater than the calories they can burn off. Ultra-processed and fast foods are nutrient-deficient and high in sugar, salt, fat and calories.

AIM suggests using an Automatic Monthly Reorder to help ensure you have the nutritional products on hand to help maintain satiety and healthy weight loss during this challenge.

Nutrient-dense nutrition that includes a variety of whole plant-based foods helps people to lose weight because it provides a natural balance of vitamins, minerals, phytonutrients, fat, natural sugar, etc., promoting satiety with fewer calories.

Check the "Weight Loss" section on the AIM website for our helpful Weight-Loss Guide and BMI / BMR calculators to help learn about your specific calorie intake needs for healthy weight loss.

The AIM 90-Day Health and Weight Loss Challenge Starting February, AIM is launching a 90-day community health and weight loss challenge, and we are making it exciting to take part. Members and Customers who choose to share a short monthly reflection will be considered for exciting monthly prizes. These rewards are our way of recognizing commitment, intention and inspiration throughout the challenge. At the heart of this challenge is a simple truth about the body. Weight loss happens when we consistently burn more calories than we consume. That does not mean extreme dieting. It means learning how to support your body so balance becomes easier and more sustainable. Protein and fiber help you feel fuller longer, digestion support helps your Up to $150 in prizes awarded body use food more efficiently, and small to a chosen winner each month daily habits create steady momentum. To nutritionally support Members and Customers during the challenge, the AIM product lineup includes choices of the Lean Team (available in USA only) and Weight Loss Pack. These bundles are designed to work within a sensible calorie deficit approach and are available with built in online bundle discounts. We also encourage participants to use PrepZymes during the challenge, as it can aid digestion, help with heavier meals and support comfort by reducing bloating as eating habits change. This challenge is not about perfection or quick fixes. It is about understanding your body, building habits that fit real life and discovering how good consistency can feel. February is simply about beginning. Choose one goal. Choose one habit. Share your experience and be part of something bigger than yourself.

How to Win Prizes This Month

Send a short note by mail or email sharing your February goal, one habit you are focusing on, and one habit you are ready to start or improve. Photos of your journey are encouraged but not necessary. Testimonials

BarleyLife Delivers Results The BarleyLife family of products continues to make people feel and live better, and these healthy results affirm nutrition that works from AIM. The following testimonials show how health improvements vary from individual to individual, whether a person takes BarleyLife, BarleyLife Xtra or BarleyLife capsules. They all work! I personally take BarleyLife powder and BarleyLife Xtra every day to keep my body alkaline, especially for my joint pain, thyroid health and general well-being. I am lazy to eat fruit, so, thanks to BarleyLife Xtra, I get my fruit and vegetable nutrients in my glass of smoothie. I cannot do without my BarleyLife. Moonira Vawda AIM Director in Durban, South Africa I work my body and feet a lot of the time, and when I skip BarleyLife for a few days, I believe that I feel more soreness. Fred Harris AIM Wholesale Member in Stuarts Draft, Virginia My mom's husband takes BarleyLife capsules. After 6 weeks of taking them, his moles and skintags over his entire body started to fall off. BarleyLife is our family's lifeline. We love our BarleyLife and can't live without it. Marilize Kukkuk AIM Director in Pretoria, South Africa

I used to be a school bus driver. One day, I took a class on a field trip. On the way there, three kids got sick, one at a time. I thought it was motion sickness and was more conscientious, even stopping and starting. After dropping off the students, I proceeded to clean up all the vomit. Leaning across a seat, trying to keep my hair out of the mess, a parent chaperone said, "I'm so glad you can clean this up. I sure couldn't." I responded that I used to get motion sickness, and I could sympathize with the kids. The person replied, "Oh, these kids weren’t sick because of motion sickness; the whole class has had the flu!" I never got sick, even after being trapped in a busload of flu germs. I also overheard my regular students talking about me one day, saying, "Other bus drivers take so much time off. Ingrid never does. She's never sick." I attribute that to my morning serving of Barley Life. Ingrid Stoetzel AIM Group Builder in Richer, Manitoba

AIM Product Spotlight This month’s AIM Spotlight focuses on ReAssure SP and the berry oil that suggested its name. As the primary ingredient, saw palmetto berry oil extract is a rich source of fatty acids and phytosterols that makes this dietary supplement so prostate protective and supportive of urinary health for men as well as women.

AIM Spotlight on ReAssure SP For centuries, saw palmetto was commonly used as a medicinal plant in Asia and in North America by the continent’s indigenous peoples. The entire fruit was utilized, some times for making teas and tinctures from whole saw palmetto berries. This fruit was thought to be helpful in a number of ways, including for use as a sedative, a nutritional tonic and an aphrodisiac. In modern times, being able to produce an extract from the oil of ripe berries allows for a higher concentration of beneficial compounds that ReAssure SP studies show to relieve the 5181E, $32.50 M, $35.50 C symptoms of prostate (CAN 5183E, $34.50 M, $37.00 C) enlargement. Saw palmetto fruit extract is composed of around 90 percent saturated and unsaturated fatty acids, as well as high in long-chain alcohols and plant sterols that include beta-sitosterol and campesterol. It’s this potent blend of plant-sourced lipids that adds the SP to the ReAssure name. Even though ReAssure SP is a dietary supplement that targets prostate health, it’s benefits include the obvious for men and the not-so-obvious for women. Studies show that saw palmetto berry oil extract can help to alleviate urinary issues that include overactive bladders and day or night urinary urgency that can affect males and females. Saw palmetto provides inflammation-fighting properties and relaxes smooth muscles in the lower urinary tract, which helps reduce involuntary muscle contractions in the intestines and bladder. Of course, there is a lot more to the ReAssure formulation with the ingredients of pumpkin seed oil, lycopene from tomato extract and zinc as an essential micronutrient in the form of zinc citrate. Each of these ingredients adds further nutritional support for prostate health in men. For women, pumpkin seed oil supports bladder health, lycopene adds antioxidant activity that protects and fights inflammation, and zinc boosts immune function, especially for urinary tract health. Focusing the AIM Spotlight on a natural health product typically aimed at men sheds a lot of light on the benefits of ReAssure SP for women.* References: ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/books/NBK216069/

Skincare That Works in Winter

AI

In the colder climates of North America, your skin can experience an onslaught of seasonal dryness. Your face can feel overly tight, making you uncomfortable in your own skin. It’s a combination of factors that creates this effect: cold air with less moisture, winter winds and indoor heating all contribute to dry skin. REPLY Skincare is the perfect reply to winter, and the following questions and answers address some of the specifics. Q: My skin gets so dry in the winter, especially my face. Will REPLY skincare help? REPLY Skincare Trio A: Absolutely! The REPLY Trio of Oil to Foam Cleanser, 6762E, $85.00 M, $90.00 C Essence/Toner and Day & Night Cream is made to (CAN 6762E, $89.00 M, $94.00 C) combat dryness in all seasons. All three skincare products have been formulated to hydrate skin cells while nourishing and protecting them with botanicals, topped off with the base ingredient of barley seed extract. Q: I hear that washing your face causes dryness, so do I really need to use the REPLY cleanser? A: If you wash your face with soap or harsh cleansers, your face can feel dry and tight, due to the stripping of natural oils (sebum) and the damaging of your skin's moisture barrier. REPLY Oil to Foam Cleanser has the opposite effects. Its moisturizing oil base cleanses gently, lifting impurities and dead dry skin cells as it turns into a foam. This gentle action leaves a natural balance of protective sebum while enhancing your skin’s moisture barrier throughout the dead of winter. Q: Is it really necessary to spray on REPLY Essence/Toner after cleansing? A: Yes, because it further soothes your skin and primes it for applying the Day & Night Cream. Hydrating your skin and restoring pH balance are the main benefits of using the Essence/Toner. It evens out porosity: your skin's ability to absorb and retain moisture. Extra sprays anytime during the day refresh your face, especially in the winter. The hydrating lightness of REPLY Essence/Toner prepares your face for optimal absorption of the Day & Night Cream, so don’t miss out on this necessary step of skincare. Q: Can I use REPLY Day & Night Cream just once a day? A: All three REPLY skincare products should be used first in the morning and last in the evening, before you sleep. The Day & Night Cream has been formulated to start moisturizing and protecting your skin in the morning as you begin to face your day with the inevitable environmental stressors of cold winter weather and heated indoors. The use of REPLY in the evening before bedtime enhances the restorative effects of sleep, helping your skin to recover and rejuvenate in preparation for another winter day. 8 LivingWellMag-February-2026-new.indd 8

AIM Business

AIM For The Basics of Business Health

The success of The AIM Companies has always been equated with the efforts of the Members who promote the products and build teams of new Members and Customers. Having independent distributors involved in the direct sales of the AIM products has been the business model from the start. In support of Members since day one, AIM’s goal has been to provide the highest quality of health products. Business statistics show that the steady growth of a company relies on quality products that build repeat behavior, meaningful experiences and satisfaction. Members exemplify these results with their belief in the AIM products that is based on experiencing health improvements personally and witnessing them through their connections with people. The methods that Members use to promote the AIM lineup have varied over the years with advancements in communications, production and delivery. However, what continues to be effective to this very day remains the building of strong relationships, delivering real customer value and maintaining consistent engagement. Flashy tactics or trendy offerings tend to fade or dissuade. Furthermore, the lasting value of connecting in person remains an AIM tradition that works. Even with the popularity and convenience of using digital tools and social media platforms from a distance, nothing compares to the power of meeting with people face-to-face. In fact, there’s a resurgence of low-key, in-person meetings held in homes or local gathering places. Keeping these get-togethers short and focused is the most effective way to achieve the goal of sparking curiosity. When Members tell the AIM story, detail the products, share testimonials and make the steps of getting involved clear and simple, they nurture the basics of business health.

provides a topical source of highly absorbable magnesium chloride, the most common mineral form found in the world’s oceans. Harness the magnificence of this magnesium in each bottle of Mag-nificence CWR . . . a cell wellness restorer.

1 Wholeso

Magnesium is essential for all of the simultaneous reactions occurring inside of cells, allowing them to function normally and respond to environmental changes. In effect, this mineral is required throughout the body for over 300 biochemical processes that involve both enzymatic and non-enzymatic reactions.

Soak It In!

Absorbing magnesium through your skin is an effective way to increase your intake of this essential mineral. Adding Mag-nificence CWR to your bathwater or applying it directly to your skin is a simple way to de-stress and relax.

Even though magnesium has a relaxing effect on your body, it is also needed for the production of energy. These apparent opposites are perfect examples of the multiple benefits of having a sufficient magnesium intake: being energized or being relaxed, according to your body’s needs. In contrast, a magnesium deficiency can make you feel fatigued or weak, so stay afloat with Mag-nificence CWR.

Magnesium helps to regulate nerve and muscle function, which includes the rhythm of the heart muscle and the force of blood pressure.

Taking in too much magnesium is rarely problematic. An excess of this mineral is eliminated during urination.

Health Feature

Heart-Healthy Habits Beyond the hearts, roses and cupids that lead up to Valentine’s Day on February 14, the month-long awareness of heart health is a far more important focus. Being engaged in actions that keep the heart physically healthy is something that everyone should embrace. Hearts need to keep beating, and the following six heart-healthy habits can strengthen and maintain this powerhouse of an organ and the cardiovascular system it beats for.

1 Wholesome Nutrition

Consume whole foods, lots of fruits and vegetables, nuts, seeds and lean protein. Choose cooking methods that include steaming, baking, grilling and stir-frying. Use cooking oils low in saturated fat, such as avocado, olive and sesame.

2 Effective Supplementation

AIM provides supplemental nutrition that works in support of your heart and cardiovascular system, including healthy fats in AIMega, organosulfur compounds in GarlicAIM and a potent antioxidant, coenzyme Q10, in CellSparc 360.

3 Routine Exercise

Regular body movement is crucial for heart health. Aim for weekly physical activity of 150 moderate minutes or 75 vigorous minutes, or even a combination of both. Fit those exercised minutes into your schedule in a way that works for you.

4 Sufficient Sleep

Getting regular rest gives your body time to repair and regenerate, improves brain function and reduces the risk for chronic diseases. Aim for 7-9 hours of sleep nightly.

5 Weight Management

Staying at a healthy body weight means your heart does not have to work as hard, contributing to healthy blood pressure, cholesterol levels and metabolism. (See pages 4 and 5 for more . . . )

6 Blood Sugar Control

The nutrition you consume is metabolized into blood sugar that becomes a source of body energy. Over time, if blood sugar levels remain high instead of circulating into cells for energy usage, it creates inflammation that can damage the heart and other organs and body systems. Healthy food and supplement choices have a positive effect on blood sugar levels, so it all goes GlucoChrom back to the heart-healthy habits of wholesome 5736E, $23.50 M, $25.50 C nutrition and effective supplementation, including (CAN 5738E, $25.50 M, $28.00 C) blood glucose support from GlucoChrom. 11

Natural Ingredients Can Vary — Quality Doesn’t Variations in natural ingredients are a normal, expected part of crafting whole-food and nutritional products. The key to maintaining quality products is establishing high standards for each natural ingredient. This results in formulas you can trust and confirms AIM’s commitment to quality, safety and efficacy.

Nature can make subtle changes every season

AIM incorporates many pure fruits, vegetables and herbs into our products. And with these foods, each harvest brings its own natural color, aroma and flavor variations.

Did you know?

• Whole food herbs can differ slightly from season to season. • Just like produce at a farmer’s market, plants from different harvests may look or taste a little different. • It’s not lower quality, it’s just nature putting its signature touch on each harvest.

A Fluffier Herbal Fiberblend

Recently, Members have shared feedback regarding the latest batches of AIM Herbal Fiberblend Unflavored, noting that the powder appears lighter or fluffier than previous batches. This change is due to natural variations in powder density and is not the result of a change in ingredients or formulation. Each Herbal Fiberblend canister continues to contain the same amount of product by weight, even though the powder may appear lighter or less compact. In simple terms, if you scoop the powder the same way you always have, each spoonful will contain less powder by weight because of the fluffier consistency. To ensure a serving consistent with previous productions, AIM recommends using a slightly fuller scoop than usual.

By doing so, you will continue to receive the same number of servings per canister and the same product benefits you expect. Scoop Comparison

Quality is our Focus

Ensuring the quality of each ingredient used in a product is a crucial step for every AIM product. Have you ever wondered how AIM ensures the quality of every batch of product? Let’s take a behindthe-scenes look at Herbal Fiberblend: • Each herb is sourced from harvests around the world. • Strict quality specifications for safety, potency and identity are applied to each ingredient. This means each herb in Herbal Fiberblend is identity tested to ensure that you are getting exactly what’s on the label. • Each herb must pass these specifications prior to being released for blending. • Once approved, all ingredients are then blended to create a homogenized blend and then packaged into canisters with labels within a Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) certified facility. AIM’s focus on quality doesn’t stop there. Once packaged, the canisters are subjected to another set of strict quality specifications including microbiological, heavy metals, pesticides and more. These exhaustive tests are completed by thirdparty laboratories. Once they pass these tests, the batches are then sampled again and evaluated for visual, flavor, aroma and swell characteristics prior to being released to the AIM Members and Customers.
