Whensafeguardingconcernsareraisedinrelationtoourchildren,wewillensurewemakeevery reasonableefforttoinformparents/carers.

✓Itisnotpossibletocontactparents/carerswithoutcausingunduedelayinmakingthereferral
InsuchcasesadvicewillbesoughtfromChildren’s&FamiliesService/DisabledChildren’sService and/orthePolice
OnceconcernshavebeensharedwithFamilyFirstAccessPoint(FFAP),dependingonthecontent ofthereferralandtheinformationreceived,theactiontakenbyFFAPwillvary.
ConcernsfromParents/Carers
Ifaparent/carerhasanysafeguardingconcernsinrelationtoachild,theycaneitherspeaktoa memberofEnfieldAcademy’sSafeguardingTeam,orcontactNorth-EastLincolnshire’sChildren’s SafeguardingTeamon01472326292(option2,option2).ConcernstotheSafeguardingTeam canbediscussedanonymouslyifnecessary.
