Welcome
Welcome back after the Easter Break. I hope that all our pupils had a good break and are ready for a 8 week term! Our next holiday begins on Friday 27th May at 1pm; school reopens on Monday 13th June.
Welcome Babies!
Congratulations to Miss Wood, Mrs Ball and Mrs Singleton -Davies who all had babies over the Easter break. Miss Wood and Mrs Ball gave birth to sons (Axel and Joseph) and Mrs Singleton Davies had a baby daughter (Heidi) yesterday. We wish them and their families well and hope that they will visit us soon. Newsletters by e mail Have you given your email address to the school office staff? Receiving school letters via email ensures you receive the latest information. Please ensure you check your child’s bag regularly for letters-thank you. Please note there are occasions when events happen or are changed at the last minute and unfortunately these cannot always be reported on via a newsletter. We do, however, try to keep you informed as much as possible; thank you for your support in this matter. Punctuality On the last day of the spring term, we had a number of children picked up late at the end the day (several more than ½ hour late). This is despite weekly newsletters informing parents/carers of the school finishing time and text reminders. If you know you are going to be late picking up your child please inform the school office as soon as possible, so that emergency arrangements can be made. It should not be up to the office staff to ring parents/childminders! Please also be aware
