23rd November 2015 Dear Parent/Carer RE: Choir Performance at Strand Court, Rye and ARRCC, Rye – Friday 11th December 2015 Your child has been invited to perform at Strand Court, Rye (Residential Care Home) and ARRCC (Activities, Respite Rehabilitation Care Centre) in Rye on Friday 11th December and we need your permission please for her/ him to be involved. Please see below, schedule for the day: • • • • • • • •
Registration as normal Register with Period 1 teacher (at 09.20am) 9.45am: Performers will meet with Mrs Dale in Student Reception and will be driven to Strand Court residential home by the college minibus. 10.15am – Arrive Strand Court (Residential Care Home) and perform. 12.00 – 1.30pm – Short performance and Lunch at Simply Italian (please enclose £15 contribution) 1.30pm – Rye College minibus will collect Choir from Simply Italian – drive to ARRCC 1.45pm – 2.45pm – Choir performs at ARRCC – New location School Creative Centre 2.45pm – Rye College minibus returns students to Rye College. Students will return to college by 3.15pm in order to travel home in the normal way.
Please complete the permission slip attached, and the payment slip below, and return both to Mrs Dale in the Music department. Yours sincerely
