A: I am constantly looking for opportunities to provide my clients with a competitive advantage. My business partner Nicki Lambert and I also appreciate the family oriented culture which aligns with my personal values.

Q:Whatisyourpointofdifference?

A: Our points of differences can be distilled into two key points.

1. Creating experiences to enhance the appeal of your property. Any agent can run an open home! Nicki and I focus on bringing your home to life. We want to showcase your home as you enjoy it. So we run a series of bespoke events which when combined with traditional marketing fully engages buyers hearts and minds! Emotionally engaged buyers deliver better results.

2. Experience in deal making. Closing a sale is an art form. In this transitional market if your agent can’t construct a deal in which both parties are happy, your property will not sell.

A: My wife Philly is an interior designer. So we are often working on projects together, helping clients to renovate prior to sale. As you can imagine our household is property obsessed. We also have three (occasionally) gorgeous children so when we are not busy taking them to various sporting activities, we love going hiking and boating with them.
