A: The support from the team is the key element that attracted me. With that being taken care of, I can focus on getting more listings and talking to more buyers. The vibe in the office is also what I want, it motivates and drives me to be better!

Q:Yousellalotofnewbuilds,whyaretheycurrentlysellingsowell?

A: The price is one of main the reasons, luckily all my vendors (developers) understand the market. The products I have are for different buyers in different price ranges. From a first home buyer to an upgraded family home, you need to have options for the buyers, especially in this current market. The buyers are very picky, you need to have the right property with the right price to accommodate their needs

Q: Whatisthethingyouenjoymostaboutyourcareerinrealestate?

A: Achievement. A lot of people think that the agents are only working for their vendors. In my opinion, to be able to work on both sides having the buyer buy their dream home and the vendor selling it at a good price gives me a sense of achievement. I also enjoy the negotiations between the vendor and buyers.

Q: Whatdoyoudoinyourtimeoff?

A: I love my dog, Theodora. I really enjoy walking her and playing with her! I love to travel with my partner, we really love to experience new things together. Shopping is also my way to release stress!
