Photography Guide

Agreed-upon deliverables

Minimum of 25-30 images High resolution version of all images

All images should be at least 300 dpi in resolution, with a minimum 15 inches for the long edge

Each photo should be between 7 - 15 MB in file size

Uncompressed JPG format preferred, delivered electronically

All provided images should be retouched for color, saturation, and exposure

All provided images should be retouched for center imperfections

Shooting guide

Photography provides a quick representation of a shopping center, while also serving as a powerful catalyst for a richer emotional attachment to the Regency brand. As such, your images should capture the shopping center’s story.

Shots from various points of view, showing:

Larger areas of the center

Closer-in storefronts

(more than one storefront per image is preferred)

Common areas

— Good detail shots (if spotted)

Images with people in them; organic, not posed

Faces can be blurred, or photographer can collect consent

Regency will provide consent & release form

Placemaking features:

Gathering areas

Outdoor furniture

Attractive environmental lighting

Water/fire features (fountains, fire pits, etc.)

Pylon, monument, wayfinding signage

Lush landscaping and seasonal foliage

• Daytime and twilight shots

• All photo shoots should be scheduled on good weather days*

Images shot on cloudy, rainy, or snowy days will not be accepted

* if your photo shoot falls on a day of bad weather, please reschedule for a later date in which the conditions are better.

Photography Delivery

Photography delivery is expected two weeks after the property photo shoot

Upload all photos using the link below:

Regency Property Photos Upload

Rename all submitted photos by center name followed the Regency Property number and lastly by the numerical sequence.

For example:

CornerstoneSquare+205-2.jpg

CornerstoneSquare+205-3 jpg

Do not add any spaces to the file name When submitting, please enter Property Name into the comment box.

Reouching

Upon delivery, all photographs should be retouc color exposure contrast removal of center imperfections such as park oil stains, litter, etc.

Please refer to the images to the right; notice the retouching on the parking lots and road.

Submitted files should have a high technical photographic proficiency, with good dynamic range. Technical errors such as over-exposed skies or out-of focus image areas will not be acceptable.

Drone shooting guide

Minimum of 5 minutes of captured video footage from different vantage points

15 high-resolution aerial images

Uncompressed mp4 or mov format preferred, delivered electronically

Footage checklist and tips:

Shopping center entry roads

Higher footage of shopping center should capture: area points of interest such as; schools, universities, museums, golf clubs, etc.

360° degree view of shopping center

Strive to capture footage that highlights the center store fronts

Avoid angles predominantly showing center rooftops

Avoid extreme angles of retail store, does not properly highlight facade or logo.
