Bella Hadid & Chopard A New Chapter in Elegance
When Bella Hadid stepped into the world of Chopard as its global ambassador in late 2024, the move felt less like a fashion campaign and more like the meeting of two legacies. On one side, a model whose style, voice, and influence have been shaping modern beauty since her teens; on the other, a Swiss maison with craft, history, and a commitment to evolving with the times.
Bella’s first campaign for Chopard was titled “Sculpted by Light”, a fitting name for work that showcases jewellery whose designs play with geometry, shine, and reflection.
In the campaign she wears pieces from Chopard’s key collections — Happy Hearts, Happy Sport, Happy Diamonds, Ice Cube, Alpine Eagle, and Haute Joaillerie.
The visuals are spare yet powerful: pared-back styling, Bella’s presence, and the jewels “sculpted” against light and architecture that amplifies their geometry.
Beyond the aesthetics, this collaboration points to something deeper: Chopard’s desire to connect with a generation that values not just luxury, but authenticity, craft, and voice. Bella, who has long admired the maison and worn its pieces on red carpets and public events, brings both credibility and reach.
At Chopard, Co-President and Artistic Director Caroline Scheufele echoed the enthusiasm, emphasizing what Bella brings to the brand:
"Bella epitomises the spirit of Chopard: a harmonious mix of effortless elegance and a zest for life that are truly enchanting and perfectly resonate with what our watches and jewellery stand for. We are excited about embarking on this new journey together.”

This isn’t just jewellery. It’s a story — one that gleams under light, resonates with values, and is very much in tune with the moments we’re living through.

"I have so much appreciation for Chopard’s craftsmanship and have been an admirer of theirs for many years. I am so thrilled to be joining the Chopard family.”

U.S. Polo Assn. Celebrates Seventh Year Supporting the 2025 Outsourcing Inc. Royal Charity Polo Cup
Official Apparel and Team Sponsor Delivers a Commemorative Gift Collection
Honoring the Global Sport Brand’s 135th Anniversary Celebration
U.S. Polo Assn., the official brand of the United States Polo Association (USPA), in partnership with Brand Machine Group (BMG), its licensing partner in the United Kingdom, proudly served once again as the Official Apparel and Team Sponsor for the 2025 Outsourcing Inc. Royal Charity Polo Cup. The prestigious event took place on July 11 at the renowned Windsor Great Park at Flemish Farms’ Guards Polo Club.
In its seventh consecutive year of sponsorship for the charitable event, U.S. Polo Assn. outfitted all participating polo players, umpires, and flaggers in custom-designed performance jerseys, with The Prince of Wales captaining the U.S. Polo Assn. Team. The annual event brought together elite polo players and distinguished guests for a day of sport and charitable giving.
His Royal Highness, The Prince of Wales, competed in an exciting round robin format match against Team Fortunis Bloodstock and Team Manta Marine Technologies – La Ilusión Polo Club. The high-profile charitable event featured other well-known polo players, including James Beim, Henry Porter, Jack Richardson, and Ivan Rubinich, to name a few. The match was filled with excellent gameplay from all participants, concluding with The Prince of Wales scoring the game-winning goal against Manta Marine Technologies. The Royal Charity Cup’s Most Valuable Player was Emma McCrae from Team Fortunis Bloodstock, who had a great neck shot goal during the day, alongside the Best Polo Pony, Chechu, played by HRH and owned by King Power Polo.
In addition to performance gear, U.S. Polo Assn. provided a limited-edition 135 th Anniversary commemorative gift to all event attendees, celebrating the brand’s storied heritage dating back to 1890. The tailored gift set included a canvas tote bag, a 135 th Anniversary cap, a pocket square, a lapel pin, the brand’s newest issue of Field X Fashion magazine, as well as cobranded event caps developed exclusively for this occasion.
“It is an extraordinary honor to once again have The Prince of Wales lead the U.S. Polo Assn. Team in support of this meaningful charity event,” said J. Michael Prince, President and CEO of USPA Global, the company which manages the global, multi-billion-dollar U.S. Polo Assn. brand. “We are proud to stand alongside our partner, Brand Machine Group in raising critical funds and awareness through the sport of polo for very important causes that uplift communities across the United Kingdom.”
The annual high-profile philanthropic event raised more than £1.1 million for ten important charities that are supported by The Prince and Princess of Wales. The 2025 event contribution takes the total raised from Royal Charity Polo Days played in the U.K. over the last 14 years to more than £14 million.

In addition to U.S. Polo Assn.’s role as the Official Apparel and Team Sponsor, the 2025 Outsourcing Inc. Royal Charity Polo Cup was supported by a distinguished lineup of sponsors, including Lugano Diamonds, AUDI, and Whispering Angel. These prestigious brands joined forces to help elevate the experience for players and guests alike, while reinforcing the event’s charitable mission through their shared commitment to excellence, philanthropy, and style.
“Participating in the 2025 Outsourcing Inc. Royal Charity Polo Cup again is one of the highlights of the British polo season for Brand Machine Group,” said Boo Jalil, CEO of Brand Machine Group. “As the U.K. partner of U.S. Polo Assn., we are honored to help further connect the brand with the sport of polo and continue our shared mission of giving back through style and sport.”
Guards Polo Club is one of only four polo clubs in the United Kingdom that stage elite tournaments, such as the Royal Charity Polo Cup. Founded in 1955 as the Household Brigade Polo Club, with His Royal Highness Prince Philip, Duke of Edinburgh as President, the name was changed to the Guards Polo Club in 1969 and celebrates over six decades of premier polo.

54TH INTERNATIONAL POLO TOURNAMENT HOSTED BY AYALA POLO CLUB
Each summer, the Ayala Polo Club in Sotogrande transforms into one of the world’s premier stages for polo. In 2025, the 54th edition of the International Polo Tournament lived up to that legacy—combining highgoal competition, emerging talents, elite ponies, and a social scene to match.
Running from 28 July to 30 August, the tournament was divided into three major phases:
• Bronze Cup: 28 July – 2 August
• Silver Cup (Terralpa): 4 – 16 August
• Gold Cup: 18 – 30 Augus
Each Cup featured three handicap tiers: High Goal (20-22 goals), Medium Goal (12-14 goals), and Low Goal (6-8 goals). This structure allows for a rich mix of elite competition and opportunities for players and teams at different levels.
Some of the world’s finest names and rising stars were in action:
• High Goal: Amanara, Dos Lunas, Calatagan, Black Bears, MB Polo, Les Lions / Sainte Mesme, Whizmo, La Dolfina / Marqués de Riscal. Key figures included Bartolomé "Barto" Castagnola, Nicky Sen, Lorenzo Chavanne, Beltrán Laulhé, Poroto Cambiaso, Pablo “Polito” Pieres.
• Medium Goal: Electric Polo, Muda IZ Polo, Brunei Polo Team, Santa Quiteria, John Smith, among others.
• Low Goal: Hartog Polo Team, Essso, La Martina, Polo Adrenalina / 1896 Adrenaline, etc.

One of the standout moments came during the Silver Cup. Amanara, led by stars such as Barto Castagnola, Lorenzo Chavanne, and Beltrán Laulhé, took the High Goal Silver Cup with a 12-9 win over Black Bears. The match was tense and filled with momentum shifts.
The 54th International Polo Tournament at Ayala Polo Club delivered on its promise: thrilling matches, stellar performances, atmosphere, and an internationally recognized standard of polo. From the intensity on the field to the hospitality off it, the tournament reaffirmed Sotogrande’s place among the world’s top polo destinations. For many, it was more than just sport—it was an experience, a tradition, and a testament to polo’s power to bring together competition, community, and style.

Octogone is presented with the Standing Rock Fair Play Award at the French Open 2025
At the final of the 25th Polo Open de France held at Chantilly Polo Club on Sunday September 21st, team Octogone (Alexis Morange, Justo Laulhé, Louis Hine, and David ‘Pelon’ Stirling) was awarded the Standing Rock Fair Play Award for demonstrating exceptional conduct, sportsmanship and horsemanship throughout the tournament.
Emerging as winners of the thrilling final match played against team Kazak, which ended 9-6, Octogone was chosen by the umpires as the recipient of the Standing Rock Fair Play Award, due to the respect for umpires, positive attitude and discipline the team upheld for the duration of the competition.
Despite Octogone’s Pelon Stirling suffering a fall in the second chukker and injuring his shoulder, he refused to give up, and despite the pain, he got back on his horse and led his team to victory.
The prestigious Standing Rock Fair Play Trophy was presented to Octogone by Chief Umpire, Peter Wright, during the finals ceremony. Peter commented:
“It was an honour to present the Standing Rock Fair Play award this year at The French Open. The recipients, Octogone, were worthy winners, showing outstanding sportsmanship and respect to both the officials on the field and their opponents throughout the tournament.
The Standing Rock Fair Play Award is unique in polo for shining a light on integrity, sportsmanship and respect for umpires, opposition and our equine partners. In its second year at Chantilly, I hope and expect that its ongoing importance will continue to grow.”
Polo Manager of Chantilly Polo Club, Benoit Perrier, echoed this enthusiasm for the award by describing the second year of the initiative as, “A great success! The team Octogone had a fantastic tournament with exemplary spirit.”

A Quiet Revolution
Chanel Autumn/Winter
2025/26
When Chanel staged its Fall-Winter 2025/26 show at the Grand Palais, the air felt less like fashion week and more like a gentle rumination on tradition, craft, and the promise that heritage still holds power—not as nostalgia, but as living inspiration. With the House’s Creation Studio at the helm, this collection is both a farewell to one era and a bridge toward whatever comes next.
While the palette and mood evoke quietude, Chanel’s core codes—tweed, pearls, ribbons, bows, and florals —are very much alive. But they are reworked. Tweed is sometimes soft, almost knitted; elsewhere, it appears intertwining with feathers to suggest faux fur. There are coat-dresses trimmed with braid, suits whose jackets feel like jumpers, and exaggerated proportions everywhere.

One of the most striking things about the collection is how volume, layering, sheer fabrics and transparency interplay to create the suggestion of movement, even in pieces that might otherwise feel heavy. A poplin shirt that falls to the ankle; tulle capes or skirts floating over structured suits; chiffon, lace, silk sometimes masquerading as tweed. These juxtapositions make for a Chanel that seems to breathe, ripple, shift.
Also notable is how accessories and finishing touches carry the emotional weight. Pearls, ribbons, jewelled buttons, exaggerated bows—in earrings, boots, bags— these are not afterthoughts but essential parts of the design narration. They anchor the collection’s duality: classic and avant-garde, austere but ornate.
Chanel Autumn/Winter 2025/26 is not a triumphant shout —it is a measured poem. It is a collection that leans into heritage not as a comfort blanket but as fertile territory for invention. In every seam, every ribbon, every play of light over tweed, there’s respect for the past and curiosity about what lies ahead. For lovers of craftsmanship, for those who wear fashion like a whispered elegance rather than a banner, this is Chanel at its most potent.

Cartier describes it (and many others in the line) as part of French elegance: understated, precise, yet luxurious.

Why the Baignoire is more than just another luxury dress watch. In a sea of round watches, the Baignoire stands out. It’s subtle yet unmistakable. Its proportions give it personality. It carries with it over a century of Cartier’s design exploration, yet Cartier has updated it so it doesn’t feel old-fashioned (slimmer cases, updated bracelets, modern finishing). Whether in gold with a leather strap, diamond pavé, or as a bangle watch, the design allows for many expressions of elegance — more jewellery-like or more subtle depending on the version.

Vacheron Constantin
An ultra-thin perpetual calendar, in pink gold with a matching golden-toned dial and white gold with a burgundy lacquer dial
Vacheron Constantin enriches the Overseas collection with two new interpretations of the Overseas Perpetual Calendar Ultra-Thin: in pink gold with a matching pink gold dial and in white gold with a burgundy lacquer dial. Both models are presented in 41.5 mm cases with 18K gold bracelets and two additional rubber straps in different colours. With its distinctive design inspired by the Maltese cross, the emblem of the Maison, the Overseas collection deftly balances sporty attributes and casual elegance while the Overseas Perpetual Calendar Ultra-Thin model perpetuates the legacy of ultrathin watchmaking that has long distinguished Vacheron Constantin. Inspired by the spirit of exploration, Overseas expresses an openness to the world that has been central to the Maison’s philosophy since it was founded in 1755.
Encircling the dial of the pink gold model, a minutes track is marked in blue – a subtle punctuation in the chic tone-on-tone aesthetic of the case, bracelet, sunburst satin- finished dial and matching pink gold moon-phase display. For a more casual and sporty allure, a textured rubber strap in blue or white can be interchanged with the gold bracelet. The cool tone of the white gold case creates a rich contrast with the burgundy lacquer dial, which is matched by a burgundy moon-phase disc; further contrast provided by white numerals and indexes. In a choice of burgundy and white, the two rubber straps that can be interchanged with the 18K white gold bracelet give the option of a richer palette matching the dial or a cooler palette harmonising with the case and numerals.
ONE WATCH, THREE STYLES – SPORTY ELEGANCE AND VERSATILITY
As a travelling companion, the versatility of the Overseas Perpetual Calendar Ultra-Thin watch is underlined by the practicality of easily interchangeable straps that can be quickly changed without requiring any tool. From the refinement of 18K gold bracelets to the sporty-chic allure of rubber straps, the watch quickly adapts itself to multiple styles and situations. Pink gold is complemented by a choice of white or blue rubber, while the white gold is accompanied by straps in white and burgundy.

TheTHALASSO: What makes these products so Unique?
TheTHALASSO is an innovative brand specializing in high-quality skincare products that harness the healing and regenerative powers of the sea. The uniqueness of these products lies in their special composition and their effectiveness, which is based on a combination of Centella Asiatica and marine ingredients, advanced technology, and a sustainable approach.
1. Marine Ingredients: The Power of the Ocean
The central inspiration behind TheTHALASSO products is the sea. The brand uses a variety of marine ingredients, such as algae, marine minerals, and plankton, known for their nourishing and regenerative properties. These ingredients are rich in vitamins, amino acids, and antioxidants that intensely nourish the skin, provide hydration, and support the natural regeneration process. Marine algae, for example, promote cell renewal and offer protection against free radicals, which are a leading cause of premature skin aging.
2. Hydration at the Highest Level
One of the key strengths of TheTHALASSO products is their exceptional ability to retain moisture in the skin. By using deeply penetrating marine minerals and Micro Molecular hyaluronic acid, they provide longlasting hydration. This results in skin that looks plumper, smoother, and more refreshed. The highly concentrated hydrating ingredients penetrate deep into the skin and simultaneously strengthen the skin barrier, making them ideal for dry and dehydrated skin.
AWARD WINNER Ingredients, the effectiveness is in clinically Studies confirmed

3. Soothing and Skin Regeneration
The soothing and regenerative properties of marine ingredients make TheTHALASSO products particularly suitable for sensitive and irritated skin. They help reduce inflammation, soothe the skin, and promote healing. Products with algae extracts and other marine components are especially effective in repairing damaged skin and promoting an even skin texture.
4. Anti-Aging Effect
By combining antioxidants, peptides, Centella Asiatica and marine enzymes, TheTHALASSO products offer effective protection against premature skin aging. These active ingredients support up to 77% collagen production and tighten the skin, reducing the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. The skin regains its elasticity and appears visibly younger and fresher. Clinical Studies approved
5. Sustainability and Environmental Protection

FOREVER YOUNG TELOMERE Serum
TheTHALASSO places great emphasis on sustainability and environmentally friendly production. The ingredients are carefully harvested from the sea without damaging marine ecosystems. In addition to their high effectiveness, TheTHALASSO products offer a unique sensory experience. ACCORDING TO THE MOTTO: LOOK YOUNGER FOR LONGER
www.thalasso-group.com
Interview with Boris Hodakel Founder and CEO of Feel

Feel puts a strong emphasis on clean ingredients, sustainability, and overall wellness. Why are these values important to you?
Using clean ingredients is personal for me. After discovering how many “nasties” were hidden in ordinary vitamins, I became almost obsessive about purity. I don’t want to put anything in my body (or our customers’ bodies) that isn’t absolutely needed. By sticking to clean, high-quality ingredients, we ensure the supplements are effective and safe. No unnecessary fillers means better absorption and better results. It’s about trust too. I want people to know that when they choose Feel, they’re getting exactly what they think they are, with science to back it up.
Sustainability is another core value because wellness shouldn’t come at the cost of our planet. We’ve made our packaging fully recyclable and strive to minimize our environmental footprint. For example, our subscription packs avoid excessive plastic and we use materials like aluminum that can be reused. The way I see it, taking care of your health and taking care of the Earth go hand in hand. It’s all part of the same ethic of care and responsibility.
And when it comes to wellness, that’s our entire mission. Wellness isn’t just a buzzword for us. It’s about genuinely helping people feel their best. That means formulating products with real benefits — improving your energy, mood, skin, or gut health — and making them as accessible and convenient as possible. We’re not interested in quick-fix fads. We care about long-term well-being, which is why those values of clean, sustainable, science-backed quality guide every decision. It’s important to me personally because I believe business should be a force for good, improving people’s lives in a healthy way while also doing the right thing for the world we all
How do you define “wellness” today, and how does Feel contribute to it?
To me, wellness today means living better, not just longer. It’s a holistic thing. It’s about feeling good physically, of course, but also having mental balance, energy, and confidence in your daily life. Wellness isn’t the absence of illness. It’s proactively taking care of yourself so you can thrive. In our modern, fast-paced world, that includes everything from nutrition and exercise to managing stress. It’s very personal too. Everyone’s wellness journey is a bit different, which is why one-size-fits-all solutions don’t work.
Ultimately, it’s about quality of life. As I often say, it’s not just about adding years to life, but adding life to your years. Feel contributes to wellness by empowering people to take control of their health in a simple, informed way. We provide the tools, high-quality supplements, that target key aspects of wellbeing. Whether someone wants to improve their skin, boost their energy, support their immune system or balance their mood, we likely have something for them. And we make sure every product is backed by research and data, so customers can have confidence in what they’re doing for their health.
A big part of our approach is education and transparency. We share the science behind our products and try to cut through the noise of misinformation out there. By doing that, we help people make informed choices. Feel’s philosophy is all about empowerment. Giving customers the clarity and confidence to manage their health. In short, we define wellness as feeling your best self, and we’re here to support that with innovative, trustworthy solutions.
How do you decide which products to develop next? Is it based on customer feedback, trends, or personal insight?
It’s a mix of all those things, guided by our core mission. We’re very data and research-driven in our product development. First, we look at real health needs and scientific evidence. If we see an area where people are lacking a good solution and we have the expertise to create one, that goes to the top of the list. For example, we realized there was a huge demand for a high-performance collagen that didn’t rely on animal sources. That insight led us to bring out the world’s first vegan collagen supplement, which was a massive innovation in our space. It came from identifying a gap and knowing we could fill it with science-backed tech.
Customer feedback is incredibly important too. We have a passionate community and we listen to what they tell us. If a lot of customers are asking for a solution to a certain problem like better sleep, stress support, or something for joint health. We take that seriously and explore whether we can formulate something that genuinely helps.
Trends can be informative, but we’re careful about them. We don’t jump on every wellness trend unless it aligns with evidence and our values. If there’s a new super-ingredient or a diet fad making the rounds, our team will dig into the research behind it. We’d rather be right than first.
Sometimes our personal insights or experiences as a team play a role too. Many of us, including me, use our own products daily and we think, wouldn’t it be great if we also had X to go along with this?
In the end, deciding what’s next is about solving real problems and staying true to the science. We also constantly improve our existing line. Our multivitamin, for instance, has already gone through three versions in just two years because we keep updating the formula as new research emerges and feedback rolls in. That iterative mindset ensures that whether it’s a brand new product or a better version of an existing one, we’re always raising the bar for what Feel offers.

Feel has grown rapidly. What were the biggest challenges in scaling the brand?
Scaling a business fast is exciting, but it definitely comes with a host of challenges. In the early days, one of the biggest hurdles was simply survival while growing. We had so much we wanted to do, but only so many resources. At one point, I was literally juggling finances to keep the dream alive, taking out loans and even delaying tax payments just to pay the bills and fund production. It was a very tense time. I was close to losing everything we’d built. We got through it thanks to a last-minute investment that came through. That experience taught me a lot about resilience and prudence. When you’re scaling with limited money, every decision counts double.
I had to learn to be super resourceful, doing things in-house and mastering skills like digital marketing myself to save costs. It was stressful, but it forced us to build a really strong foundation and a scrappy mindset. Even now that we’re larger, I keep that lesson close. Stay lean, focus on what moves the needle, and never take success for granted because we almost lost it once.
Another major challenge has been maintaining our standards and customer connection as the numbers exploded. We went from a small startup to serving tens of thousands of customers worldwide in a few years. How do you keep every one of those people happy and engaged? One issue in the health space is managing expectations. A lot of people want quick fixes, but true wellness is a marathon, not a sprint. We fight this challenge daily, educating our customers that while you might feel some improvements in the first weeks, the best, lasting results with supplements come with consistent use over a few months. For instance, our Feel Pro Metabolic supplement has amazing clinical results, but they really shine at the 90-day mark and beyond, not overnight. Keeping people motivated and trusting the process is something we work hard at through our content and customer support.
Operationally, scaling up has meant expanding our team and our geographic reach. Hiring the right people at the right time was tricky. We’ve always run with a lean team, so each new hire had to fit our culture and wear multiple hats. Ensuring quality control and supply chain stability when demand surges was another learning curve, especially during global supply hiccups.
We recently launched in the UAE, which is a huge milestone for us. But entering a new region comes with its own challenges. Understanding local regulations, shipping logistics, and connecting with a new customer base in a culturally relevant way all take time and effort. We had to do our homework to get it right.
In summary, the rapid growth of Feel has been an incredible ride, but it’s tested everything from cash flow to customer education. The key has been to stay adaptable and resilient, turning each challenge into an opportunity to improve how we operate.
What’s your most innovative product so far, and what makes it unique in the market?
It’s tough to choose like picking a favourite child, I’d highlight our Feel Pro Collagen as one of our most innovative products. We were the first in the world to launch a truly effective plant-based collagen supplement. Collagen supplements are traditionally made from animal sources like bovine or marine collagen, so making one that’s vegan and works better than animal derived ones was a huge challenge.
We cracked it by working with some cutting-edge science, and the result was a collagen product that’s not only cruelty-free but clinically validated to be the most effective of its kind. That was a real “wow” moment for us and for the industry. It opened up collagen supplementation to a whole group of people who couldn’t or wouldn’t use animal-based products, without asking them to sacrifice results.
What makes it unique is that combination of being plantbased and high-performance. It’s a game-changer for skin and hair health in the vegan community, but even nonvegans are switching to it because of how well it performs. Beyond collagen, I’m also proud of our menopause support formula. We saw a huge need for innovation in women’s health. And our new Feel Pro Metabolic supplement, which tackles weight management through a gut-health approach, has also been a standout.
But if I have to name one product, the vegan collagen is a perfect example of Feel’s innovative spirit. It embodies our goal to revolutionize traditional wellness products with something new and better.
What is one motto you live by?
One motto I always come back to is, “It’s not just about living longer, it’s about living better.” This really captures how I approach both my personal life and my work with Feel. To me, it means that success isn’t just adding more years, more revenue, or more anything. It’s about the quality and purpose in what you do.
I apply this to wellness, helping people improve the quality of their lives, not just checking metrics. And I apply it to how I spend my own time and set goals. It keeps me focused on what truly matters. Every decision, whether in business or daily life, I try to ask: is this going to make life better? If yes, I’m all in. If not, why pursue it?
This motto reminds me to prioritize well-being, happiness, and meaningful impact over just chasing numbers. It’s a simple phrase, but it keeps me grounded and motivated to build something that really helps people live better, not just live longer for the sake of it.

Dior’s $1,300 Signature Facial
Dior’s latest ultra-luxury facial treatment, available exclusively at Dior Spa New York.
Ever since the first graceful folds of satin draped Christian Dior’s mannequins, the House has stood for more than couture—it has stood for an elevated way of being. In beauty, Dior seeks not only to perfect the skin but to transport the senses. Their newest facial treatment, priced at US$1,300, is no exception. It isn’t just skincare—it’s a ritual, an architecture of luxury built around science, heritage, and sensorial opulence.
What You’ll Experience
Nestled in Dior’s flagship spa (for example, the newly opened permanent US Spa in New York) you arrive to hushed tones, soft lights, and an anticipation that every detail has been considered.
Your journey begins with a full skin diagnostic—devices that measure hydration, elasticity, and collagen levels—yielding intel that shapes the rest of your session. From here, the facial unfolds like a carefully choreographed ballet of technologies and techniques:
• LED Light Therapy & Cold Laser: to address tone, stimulate regeneration, and reduce inflammation.
• Cryotherapy: cooling pulses to de-puff, firm, calm redness.
• Oxygen Infusion via Oxylight Ionix: a burst of revitalization deep within the skin.
• Bespoke serums, rich in Dior’s signature actives, tailored to your skin’s profile.

At US$1,300, this is among the most expensive facials on offer— but Dior frames this as an investment, not just in appearance, but in wellbeing and confidence. Several attributes contribute:
• Highly customized diagnostics and implementation, meaning no two sessions are identical.
• Cutting-edge technology integrated with Dior’s own research (serums, botanicals, etc.).
• Expert practitioners: Dior’s aesthetic masters, some of whom have co-developed the treatments themselves.
• Extravagant ambience and personalized touches: fragrance, decor, care down to the last detail.
• Duration: the treatments are lengthy, immersive, deep.
Who Is It For?
This is for the client who demands more than visible results— they want an experience. Someone for whom ritual, ambiance, exclusivity, and personal attention matter as much as perhaps the final glow. Celebrities, high-net-worth individuals, or anyone for whom luxury is part of self-expression.
In the end, Dior’s $1,300 facial isn't merely about what you see in the mirror. It’s about how you feel stepping out—elevated, luminous, regal. For those willing to pay the price, it’s a momentary return to beauty’s highest form, and for Dior, it’s proof that in their world, luxury never takes shortcuts.

WALK THE EARTH FEDERICO VERONESI

In Walk the Earth, Federico Veronesi invites readers into the world of Africa’s majestic elephants—creatures he reverently dubs “the last witnesses of a world before humans took over the earth.” This coffee-table photography book brims with evocative imagery and personal reflections, capturing not just the grandeur of the tuskers but their fragile place in our rapidly changing world.
Produced with luxurious attention to detail—rich, full-page spreads, high-quality paper, and elegant binding—the volume is a sensory celebration of the wilderness. Veronesi’s portraits focus primarily on African elephants navigating watering holes, sweeping savannahs, and silent valleys in iconic locations like Amboseli, Liwonde, the Mana Pools, and the Chyulu Hills.
Importantly, the book is more than an aesthetic marvel; it’s a deeply personal odyssey. In one scene, Veronesi recounts sitting by a dry riverbed in Tsavo, Kenya, watching young bulls labor to extract water from sand. In this quiet moment, his longing to photograph “Balguda”—perhaps the most elusive tusker alive—resonated deeply. That pursuit, he reveals, has become the core of his quest.
Elephants with tusks weighing 45 to 60 kilograms—referred to as “great tuskers”—have fascinated Veronesi since childhood. He shares how his passion began with drawing savannah scenes in Italy and grew into a lifelong dedication: tracking, capturing, and honoring these icons of untamed wilderness.
"My passion for elephants dates back to when I was a very small child in Italy, always dreaming of the African wilderness and drawing wildlife- filled savannah scenes. The great pachyderms fascinated me the most; they were the protagonists of every drawing I made. I collected postcards, figures, books featuring them. Of all the stories I read, one that partic- ularly struck me was that of the legendary Ahmed, the great tusker from Marsabit National Park in northern Kenya. He was such an iconic creature that Kenya’s first president, Jomo Kenyatta, issued a presi- dential decree to have him protected 24/7 by armed rangers. Ahmed died of old age in 1974. During my first safari in Kenya with my parents in 1982, I visited Ahmed’s reconstruction and skeleton in the Nairobi Natural History Museum—one of the moments that I remember most fondly from that life-changing trip, and probably the moment when the foundations of this book were laid.
Great tuskers in Africa are now only found in very few areas within the elephants’ range, and the majority are concentrated in southern Kenya in Amboseli, Chyulu Hills, and Tsavo West and East. It is here where I focused most of my efforts to find them and photograph them“.

London Park Hyatt London River Thames: A New
Chapter in Riverside Luxury

Perched on the South Bank, within the fast-evolving neighbourhood of Nine Elms, the Park Hyatt London River Thames opens its doors as a beacon of refined elegance and gracious hospitality. With its sweeping views of the Thames and immediate access to some of London’s most iconic landmarks—from Westminster to the Tate—this 203-room hotel stakes its claim as the new standard for luxury stays in the capital.
A Vision in Design & Light
Designed by Kohn Pedersen Fox (KPF) with interiors by Super Potato, the hotel presents a seamless blend of contemporary architecture and soulful artistry. Floor-toceiling windows flood the public spaces and guest rooms with natural light, framing ever-changing citylines and riverscapes. Inside, muted palettes—soft whites, deep ebonies—and bursts of warm brass or orange draw you in. The lobby features the sculptural installation “Ebb and Flow” by Charlie Whinney, inspired by the motion of the Thames itself, a fitting first impression for guests arriving from the riverfront.
Spaces that Resonate
Whether you’re arriving for work, leisure or simply to escape, Park Hyatt London River Thames offers sanctuaries aplenty. The 203 rooms include 34 suites— among them Ambassador suites and a show-stopping Presidential Suite—each with the signature amenities of floor-to-ceiling views, marble bathrooms, automated lighting, generous linens, and thoughtful eco touches.
On the wellness front, the hotel dedicates an entire floor to rejuvenation: a sun-lit indoor pool (approximately 20 metres long, one of the most generous in central London), multiple treatment rooms, sauna, changing facilities, and Somadome meditation pods for cuttingedge relaxation. The fitness centre, likewise, balances serenity and state-of-the-art equipment.

Culinary & Social Delights
Dining here is less one-meal experience than a carefully choreographed journey.
• The Nine Elms Kitchen & Terrace offers all-day dining—breakfast, lunch, dinner—with an open kitchen that appeals both to casual graze and lingering indulgence.
• For something more intimate, the TAMISé Wine Library & Tea Lounge invites guests to tea, wine tasting or quiet conversations over views of the river.
• Soon to open is Yú Gé, a signature Cantonese restaurant under Chef Eng Soon Yeo, promising classic flavours with modern finesse.
Location & Neighbourhood
Nine Elms has become a focal point of regeneration, combining residential elegance, new cultural institutions, and riverside green spaces. The hotel benefits from proximity to major sites (US Embassy, MI6, Tate Britain) and landmarks such as Battersea Power Station. Transport links are good, although guests should note that this is not quite “West End” in its density—but in exchange, you get views, calm, and a sense of being at a threshold: between old London and what it is becoming.
The
People Behind the Doors
General Manager Rike Erdbrink, whose previous postings include Grand Hyatt Hong Kong and Park Hyatt Chicago, now helms this flagship property in the UK. She has said of the new hotel:
“This hotel embodies understated luxury, where personalised service and a warm atmosphere create a true sense of home and belonging in London.”

Asked what excites her most, Erdbrink points to the dual promise of being both landmark and refuge: “It is an honour to lead the launch of the much-awaited Park Hyatt in London. Our new neighbourhood of Nine Elms is one of the most rapidly evolving in central London, one which carries a great legacy but has its vision firmly focussed on the future,” she observes.

A TASTE FOR SKIING ALTA BADIA CELEBRATES CULINARY DELIGHTS
Three three-Michelin-starred chefs, sixteen Michelin stars in total, and three Green Stars make this the most “star-studded” edition of A taste for skiing ever. Once again the initiative will be linked to a charitable project supporting pediatric palliative care. The Gourmet Skisafari, SunRisa, Sommelier on the slopes, Delights on ice, Roda dles saus, and the Wine Skisafari round out Alta Badia’s culinary offering, where skiing runs from December 4, 2025, to April 7, 2026.
Alta Badia (South Tyrolean Dolomites/Italy) – This year’s edition of A taste for skiing is dedicated to discovering pleasure and culinary excellence. A tangible, refined, and sophisticated pleasure capable of engaging all the senses; dishes to touch, smell, and imagine even before tasting them. The initiative invites guests to experience the mountains through flavour, transforming every ski run into a complete and unforgettable sensory journey. The proposed dishes will be an ode to simplicity rather than excess, in perfect harmony with the surrounding Alpine environment. With top chefs creating their dishes based on these concepts, and a fresh, stimulating approach to hospitality, A taste for skiing aims to be a meeting point devoted to the good, the beautiful, and the joy of being together.
The concept of the initiative remains unchanged: ten Michelinstarred chefs will each be paired with a mountain hut on the slopes of Alta Badia, where they will create an exclusive recipe to be offered to skiers throughout the winter season. The participating chefs share a passion for both cuisine and the Alta Badia region, as well as a common commitment to the charitable project of the
“La Miglior Vita Possibile” Foundation, thus promoting both gastronomic excellence and solidarity.
The promoter of the charitable project linked to A taste for skiing is one of Italy’s only 14 three-Michelin-starred chefs, Massimiliano Alajmo (Restaurant Le Calandre, Rubano, PD), who in 2002, at just 28 years old, became the youngest chef in the world to earn three Michelin stars. Hosting the event is chef Simone Cantafio of La Stüa de Michil at Hotel La Perla in Corvara (1 Michelin star), whose cuisine blends tradition and innovation, aiming to showcase Italian products to the world while telling the story of local flavours.
Other three-Michelin-starred restaurants participating in the initiative include Da Vittorio (Brusaporto, BG) from the Cerea family, whose philosophy is based on balancing tradition and innovation with a strong focus on the quality of raw ingredients, and Restaurant Reale (Castel di Sangro, AQ) with chef Niko Romito, whose cuisine reflects a harmony between technical rigor and humanity, innovation and tradition, with a strong commitment to sustainability and promoting Italy’s gastronomic heritage.
New participants include chefs Chiara Pavan and Francesco Brutto (Restaurant Venissa, Mazzorbo, 1 Michelin star and 1 Green Star), who champion cuisine deeply connected to the territory and sustainability, using local, seasonal, and native or invasive species while respecting the lagoon ecosystem.
For the first time, Isa Mazzocchi (Restaurant La Palta, Borgonovo Val Tidone, 1 Michelin star) participates;
Isa Mazzocchi’s dishes, based on local and seasonal ingredients, tell a story of passion, research, and respect for the Piacenza region, offering an authentic and engaging gastronomic experience.
A CHARITY PROJECT TO SUPPORT “LA MIGLIOR VITA POSSIBILE” FOR CHILDREN IN NEED OF CARE
A strong and concrete signal of solidarity. This is the objective of the 2025/2026 edition of A taste for skiing, an initiative that also this year is aimed at less fortunate children, assisted by the Padova and Veneto Paediatric Hospice suffering from incurable or disabling illnesses. The foundation linked to the Alta Badia successful event is called 'La Miglior Vita Possibile' and is actively engaged in the support of paediatric palliative care. So for the whole of the coming winter season, for every A taste for skiing dish served in the huts taking part in the initiative, € 3.00 will be donated to charity in support of the creation of the new Regional Reference Centre for Paediatric Palliative Care and Pain Therapy of the Veneto Region. An important action to concretely support the lives of numerous girls and boys.
GOURMET SKISAFARI: A CULINARY JOURNEY ON SKIS
On Sunday, December 14, the highly anticipated Gourmet Skisafari returns to Alta Badia — the event that combines the first ski runs of the season with haute cuisine. This is an itinerant journey on skis from one mountain hut to another, during which enthusiasts can taste the exclusive creations of five Michelinstarred chefs: Massimiliano Alajmo, Chicco and Bobo Cerea, Alessandro Dal Degan, Simone Cantafio, and Tomaž Kavčič.
At an altitude of 2,000 meters, in the heart of the South Tyrolean Dolomites, the chefs will bring their culinary philosophy adapted to the mountain setting, interpreting the finest local products and transforming them into dishes that showcase the region’s gastronomic excellence. Their proposals will be authentic works of art, designed to delight both the palate and the eyes. Skiers will also have the opportunity to meet the chefs in person, hearing the stories and inspiration behind each dish. In addition, South Tyrolean wineries will be on hand to pair their wines with the gourmet creations.

The Art of Dining: Pink Pearl by Olivier E.
Beginning March 2025, JW Marriott Emerald Bay Phu Quoc unveiled a touch of added elegance with the rebranding of its beachfront fine dining concept as Pink Pearl by Olivier E. Juxtaposed against a spectacular seascape, the opulent pastel-pink mansion sets the stage for the unfolding gastronomic journey.
The interiors channel the Great Gatsby glamour with a narrative inspired by Madame Pearl Collins, a fictional 1920s socialite famed for hosting the island’s most lavish dinner parties and dazzling soirées. Step into the splendor of the Roaring Twenties, where high ceilings, elegant chandeliers and larger-than-life artwork exude the air of exclusivity and old-world charm. Upholstered in eye-catching shades of magenta, fuchsia, and teal, the main dining hall creates a striking first impression. When special occasions call for more intimate spaces, guests can choose from five private rooms or enjoy an al fresco meal in the restaurant’s manicured garden. Hidden beneath a sweeping spiral staircase, the wine cellar stands as a silent keeper of cherished memories and rare vintages once enjoyed at the mansion. With each empty bottle signed by guests who dined and celebrated there, it makes a great place to return and relive those moments time and again.
Renowned for his unique French-Mediterranean style, Chef Olivier Elzer is one of the most acclaimed chefs in the region. Having trained under the mentorship of culinary legends Joël Robuchon and Pierre Gagnaire, he has perfected his techniques in some of the world’s most prestigious kitchens across China, Hong Kong, Taipei, and Macau. With a 30-year track record and experience spanning 30 Michelin stars, he is now the Consultant Chef at Pink Pearl by Olivier E.
Under Chef Olivier Elzer’s direction, the restaurant retained its grandeur while embracing a more flexible, guest-centric approach. "I want to move away from the traditional rigid fine dining format and bring a Mediterranean-inspired French cuisine that’s approachable yet refined," he explains. Together with homegrown Chef Danny Do, they fine-tune the right balance between light and healthy flavors of the Mediterranean, traditional French gastronomy, and Asian gourmet influences. Guided by the chefs’ creative vision, fresh local produce and premium ingredients from France’s top suppliers find their perfect form in two curated menus of five and seven courses. Further elevated by in-house sommelier Gin, each dish is a story waiting to be discovered.
An exciting odyssey across land and sea, the five-course menu presents Gamberoni Prawn Tartare served with buttery Kristal Caviar and dry Gosset Extra Brut Champagne; sweet and tender Blue Lobster accented by Osciètre caviar and cleverly paired with Marcel Deiss “Berckem Riesling”; delicate Hokkaido Scallop “A La Nage” lavished in uni emulsion and complemented by Rémi Jobard Chardonnay; and melt-in-your-mouth Japanese Wagyu A5 Tenderloin enhanced by a glass of Alvaros Palacious “La Montesa” Rioja. The perfect final chord in this symphony of flavours and textures comes in a choice between Citrus, blood orange sorbet with a creamy Phu Quoc calamansi honey mousse, and Jasmine Marou Chocolate, where floral jasmine meets the sacred essence of Vietnamese cacao. As the evening draws to a close, Château Du Breuil Fine Calvados offers the perfect digestif, leaving a smooth, lingering whisper that gently concludes this sensory dining experience.
From Wednesday to Saturday, the mansion hosts soulful music performances that create a sophisticated ambiance and spark social interaction. If your stay falls on the weekend, you are in for a treat! Brought to live by contemporary DJ sets and the stellar JW service delivered by gracious ladies in elegant swan attire, the signature Fête à la Maison brunch invites you to delight in a sumptuous array of fresh seafood on ice, seasonal salads, hot and cold appetizers, à la carte mains, airy just-baked pastries, and a dessert trolley that’s hard to resist.
Nothing short of extraordinary, Pink Pearl by Olivier E. invites its guests to celebrate refinement and taste, in every sense of the

Every detail of the penthouse whispers Harrods’ signature: bespoke furniture crafted with British artisanship, marble and onyx sourced from the world’s most exclusive quarries, and lighting that fuses modern sculptural forms with timeless opulence. Color palettes transition effortlessly from the serene, coastal tones of Miami— sea-glass blues, sand-tinted neutrals—to the richer, jewel-toned accents long favored in London’s drawing rooms.

The penthouse is not just a home but a statement of living. Imagine hosting a soirée under bespoke chandeliers as Miami’s skyline glitters beyond floor-to-ceiling windows, or retreating into a library lined with rare wood veneers, curated by Harrods’ private sourcing team. Even the smallest touches—an inlaid chessboard table, a decanter handblown in England—speak to a philosophy
A Global Debut
This Miami venture signals a broader ambition: Harrods Interiors is stepping beyond London to craft environments that resonate with a global clientele. For Miami, a city that thrives on being at the cultural crossroads, the arrival of Harrods is both timely and transformative.
A New Standard
The Harrods-designed penthouse sets a new bar for international luxury living. It is a vision of what happens when heritage and innovation, old-world grace and modern vibrancy, are not just placed side by side—but fused into something entirely new.
In Miami, British luxury has found a new canvas. And for those fortunate enough to step inside, it is nothing less than a masterpiece.

Rare Apartment Unveiled on The Historic Site of Mayfair’s Oldest Home for 5 Million at 36 & 37 Hertford Street Residences
A boutique collection of 16 impeccably crafted one- and twobedroom lateral apartments in Mayfair, today unveils its debut apartment, curated by award-winning interior design studio A.LONDON. Delivered by joint investment partners Bain Capital and Orka Investments and development manager CIT Group, the launch introduces the first completed home within Mayfair’s newest heritage-led residential address. Located on Hertford Street, one of London’s most prestigious postcodes, 36 & 37 Hertford Street Residences presents a rare opportunity to own one of the area’s last remaining freehold sites.
Once a patchwork of fields nestled between Oxford Street and Park Lane, over the centuries, Mayfair has evolved into the epitome of London prestige. Now, on the storied site believed to be Mayfair’s very first home - where shepherds tendered their flocks as the Tyburn stream meandered nearby - 36 & 37 Hertford Street Residences breathes new life into this historic enclave. Spanning two architecturally significant buildings - one a meticulously restored Grade II listed Georgian townhouse, and the other a post-war reconstruction reimagined in classical style - the residential development honours the legacy of prominent 18th century architects including Henry Holland and Robert Adam. Reimagined by awardwinning architecture practice Buckley Gray Yeoman, the pair of buildings embody the architectural rhythm of Mayfair’s past, infused with present-day refinement. Situated behind the façade of the listed townhouse, the A.LONDON-designed two- bedroom, 1,098 sq. ft home strikes a considered balance between historic character, the intimacy of a private residence, and the elegance of a boutique hotel suite.

Mayfair’s coveted property market dates back to the 18th century, when aristocrats competed for the original mansions of Mayfair. This rich heritage inspired A.LONDON’s apartment design, creating a refined yet restful sanctuary that rises above the vibrant buzz of Hertford Street. Offering rare dual-aspect views towards Green Park and Hyde Park, the apartment is bathed in natural light that streams in through original windows with charming juliette balconies. Impressive 3.1 metre ceiling heights enhance the feeling of space and grandeur, while sculptural lighting introduces a sense of movement and rhythm, complementing original features like elegant cornicing, a ceiling rose and an original fireplace. A carefully curated layering of materials - velvets, honed marbles, antique brass, and linen - creates an environment that is both tactile and considered, inspired by the textual storytelling of Mayfair’s local members’ clubs, luxury retail and Michelin starred restaurants.
Named after the annual May Fair, historically held in Shepherd Market, Mayfair has long been synonymous with celebration and prestige - while Shepherd Market itself retains a distinctive bohemian charm. Just steps away, within 36 & 37 Hertford Street Residences, the apartment designed by A.LONDON draws inspiration from the neighbourhood’s signature blend of understated luxury and cosmopolitan flair, with interiors that showcase soft textures and a serene, tonal palette. In the main living area, a bespoke velvet roll-arm sofa upholstered in Turnell & Gigon fabric sits beneath antique wall sconces, infusing the space with a sense of heritage. The adjoining open-plan kitchen and dining area is anchored by Italian marble and ceramic pendant lights, complete with antique brass fittings and brown woven cable - a subtle nod to the traditional creamware found in French farmhouses.
In the principal bedroom, a bold headboard combining soft linen with a velvet trim creates a striking focal point, echoing the layered narrative of the home’s historic setting. In the second bedroom a linen-upholstered bed with integrated framing creates a refined, tailored feel. Both bedrooms are served by striking marble-clad bathrooms, with the principal bedroom enjoying its own ensuite. Throughout the home, artwork by emerging British talents such as Christabel Forbes is paired with handcrafted pieces by European artisans and vintage finds sourced from Kempton Market, infusing the space with depth and character. Thoughtfully selected furnishings - from antique candlesticks and ceramic bowls to handcrafted potsecho the charm and rich history of the surrounding neighbourhood, evoking the sense of a home that has evolved gracefully over time.
The launch of this debut apartment arrives at a pivotal moment for the neighbourhood, as Mayfair undergoes an exciting revival, reasserting its status among the world’s most desirable addresses. Landmark new developments and the transformation of Grosvenor Square’s gardens into a public oasis are drawing renewed attention to the area, making it the ideal time to invest. Enviably positioned within the heart of central Mayfair, adjacent to the neighbourhood’s luxury boutique hotel, The Shepherd Mayfair, the buyer of this home will benefit from exceptional hotel services whilst being a stone’s throw from 16 Michelin-starred restaurants, the elegance of Savile Row, and the luxury boutiques of Mount Street and Bond Street.
Robert Mangan, Operating Partner, Bain Capital comments: “We are strong believers in the London prime residential market’s fundamentals on the back of resilient demand and constrained supply, and it remains at the forefront of our European real estate strategy. This is another opportunity for us invest alongside best-in-class partners to deliver a high-quality product that is sympathetic to its locale. 36 & 37 Hertford Street Residences marks a rare and strategic investment in the heart of Mayfair - one of the last opportunities of its kind.”
Chris Richmond, Head of Residential, CIT comments: “We are proud to unveil the first apartment at 36 & 37 Hertford Street Residences, an exceptional home by international design studio A.LONDON. Simultaneously restoring and celebrating the rich heritage of the local area and architecture, this residence seamlessly blends historic legacy with contemporary design, creating a timeless home perfectly suited to the culturally discerning resident of Mayfair.”
Rachel Clark, Director, A.LONDON comments: “It has been a real privilege to deliver this two-bedroom show residence at Hertford Street, located in the heart of Mayfair, one of London’s most prestigious and storied addresses. This project was an opportunity not only to create a beautifully designed residence, but to convey a narrative about what life in Mayfair truly represents for the discerning buyer: understated elegance, timeless design, and a deep connection to place.
Every element of the home was carefully curated to reflect the refined character of Hertford Street and the unique rhythm of life in this iconic neighbourhood. From concept to completion, our goal was to create a space that feels effortlessly luxurious while honouring the architectural heritage of its surroundings.
Our collaboration with CIT has been a true pleasure. Their vision, attention to detail, and deep understanding of the Mayfair market have been instrumental in realising this project. Together, we’re proud to have brought to life a home that not only reflects the spirit of Mayfair, but also contributes meaningfully to its legacy.”
The apartment is on the market for £5 million via Beauchamp Estates, Knight Frank and Savills.

Olympia DUMBO: Brooklyn’s New Apex of Luxury
Perched above Brooklyn’s waterfront, Olympia DUMBO isn’t just another addition to New York’s skyline—it’s a statement. With a record-setting penthouse transaction, celebrity residents, and a design pedigree that blends maritime heritage with modern opulence, this is one apartment—and one building— that defines what luxury looks like in DUMBO circa 2025.
A Record-Breaking Penthouse
At the heart of Olympia’s buzz is Penthouse A, a four-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bathroom unit of approximately 4,266 square feet that recently sold for $17.5 million, making it the priciest condominium sale ever in DUMBO.
But that’s not the only headline. Just down the hall (figuratively speaking), Penthouse B—a full-floor, five-bedroom residence covering about 4,928 sq ft on the 32nd floor, with a private terrace—has asked for $19.5 million, setting the highest asking price for a condo in Brooklyn.
Design & Location: Where Form Meets View
Olympia DUMBO stands at 30 Front Street, in the historic DUMBO (Down Under the Manhattan Bridge Overpass) neighborhood. The building soars 33 stories high, with 76 exclusive residences ranging from one- to five-bedroom homes. It is the tallest structure in this rapidly upscale waterfront precinct.
The architectural firm Hill West handled its striking sail-like, curving exterior—designed to evoke the motion and geometry of ships, wind, and water. Interiors—warm, crafted, modern— were designed by Workstead, with finishes such as honed marble, maple cabinetry, and large expanses of glass to frame sweeping views of the East River, Brooklyn Bridge, and Manhattan skyline.
The Lifestyle & Amenities
What makes Olympia more than just a collection of luxury units is how it delivers on the lifestyle promise.
Between its indoor and outdoor spaces, Olympia offers ~38,000 square feet of high-end amenities.
Some highlights:
• An outdoor tennis court—positioned among the highest private ones in the city.
• Indoor and outdoor pools.
• Fitness facilities including studios for spin, boxing; wellnessfocused features.
• Recreational spaces: bowling alley, children’s playrooms, even a waterpark-themed area for kids.
• Concierge services, private elevator access for some penthouses.

Olympia DUMBO isn’t just a high-end address—it’s a landmark moment in Brooklyn real estate. It sets a ceiling for what’s possible: full-floor luxury, design-minded materials, luxury amenity breadth, all in a neighborhood that’s both gritty and polished, historic and cutting-edge. For anyone seeking a place where New York waterfront living intersects art, architecture, and prestige, this is as close to a perfect geometry as you’ll find.
