Richard Allen, Director Logistics, Worley
Richard is a key leader within Worley's Global Logistics Operations division, passionate about delivering optimal logistics services across all phases of the project lifecycle. He balances the demands of engineering, procurement and construction, while managing major project support to a growing portfolio of work. He brings a wealth of real frontline and strategic experience from a professional logistics career spanning 37 years. His background covers multi-modal supply chain operations and management across the oil & gas, defence, aviation, and mining sectors globally.

Dr. Gunnar Brandin, Head of Technical Projects, OGE
Gunnar earned a degree in Mechanical Engineering with specialization in Process Engineering in 2001 and received a Doctorate in High-Pressure Process Engineering in 2005 from Ruhr University Bochum. He joined Open Grid Europe GmbH in 2008 as Project Manager for Pipeline Construction and later assumed the role of Head of Asset and Investment Management. Since 2015, he has served as Head of Technical Projects. Throughout his career, he has remained closely connected to his alma mater, sharing his knowledge with future professionals as a lecturer at Ruhr University Bochum.

Elchin Ibadov, CEO, SOCAR Türkiye
A graduate of the University of IllinoisChicago and a Harvard Business School alumnus, Elchin began his career at the World Trade Center Chicago and PricewaterhouseCoopers and went on to hold senior financial leadership roles across the energy value chain. He worked as CFO of STAR Refinery and Petkim before becoming Head of Finance for SOCAR Türkiye's Refinery & Petrochemicals Business Unit. Since February 2023, he has served as CEO of SOCAR Türkiye. He will bring invaluable insights on regional energy integration, industrial development, and the evolving role of Türkiye in global energy dynamics.

Volkan has been a Partner at Bain & Company since 2015. He leads the Industrials and Energy practices and serves as Chairman of Bain & Company Turkey. Prior to joining Bain, he led the Strategy and Business Development department at Sabancı Holding, where he served as an executive board member for companies such as Enerjisa, Sasa, Akçansa, Çimsa, Tursa and Exsa. He holds a BSc in Mechanical Engineering from Istanbul Technical University and an MBA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Paul is the Director of Global Marketing for Caterpillar's Global Construction & Infrastructure (GCI) division. With close to 30 years of experience, Paul has held various roles, including sales positions in North America, Europe and China, managing the Cat Global Pipeline team, and Director of Sales for Africa and the Middle East. He holds a Mechanical Engineering degree from McGill University and has worked for Caterpillar in five countries. Paul leads a global team of over 50 professionals, supporting dealers and customers worldwide.

Bill Olson, Sr. VP Operations, Gulf Companies (AKA Gulf Interstate Engineering)
As VP of Operations for Gulf Companies, Bill ensures every company location has the resources, systems and tools in place to provide the industryleading performance which has distinguished Gulf's 72-year history of engineering, procurement and project/construction management services. Bill has 46 years of experience in the energy sector. He is a member of IPLOCA and the ASME B31 Standards Committee, currently serving as Chair of the B31.4 Section Committee for liquid and slurry pipelines. He graduated from Texas A&M University with a bachelor's degree in Radiation Protection Engineering from the College of Nuclear Engineering.
