Giving Back to Others . . . a Joyful Celebration of God's Goodness

In gratitude, many in our family of faith wisely use this time of the year to evaluate what they might still do for ministry. The need remains great. Special offerings like Christmas Joy, Angel Tree, Alternative Gift Market, and support of our community partners through the Arizona Charitable and Public School Tax Credits all touch the lives of others in need.

In this time of COVID precautions, the need for hands-on volunteers and leaders in our Mission ministries is ever present. Food boxes need filling, meals for the homeless need to be served, houses need to be built, and thousands of other small tasks lighten the load of hurting families. If you have a heart for mission, email us at mission@pinnaclepres.org and share how you would like to get more involved.

We invite you to browse through this catalog of special Christmas offerings and consider how you might join others to bring joy to the world.

Your brothers and sisters in Christ ~

I was hungry and you gave me food, I was thirsty and you gave me something to drink, I was a stranger and you welcomed me, I was naked and you gave me clothing, I was sick and you took care of me, I was in prison and you visited me.

Lord, when was it that we saw you hungry and gave you food or thirsty and gave you something to drink? And when was it that we saw you a stranger and welcomed you or naked and gave you clothing? And when was it that we saw you sick or in prison and visited you?

And the king will answer them, Truly I tell you, just as you did it to one of the least of these brothers and sisters of mine, you did it to me.

~ Matthew 25:35-41

Christmas Angel Tree

Pinnacle’s 29th Annual Christmas

AngelTree

For the last 29 years Pinnacle has helped make Christmas morning a little brighter for many children and families. This year's program will benefit clients of our mission partners, Vista Del Camino, Noah Webster Schools and Open Table. To participate look for the Christmas trees in the Chapel and Sanctuary narthex, choose an angel from the tree and record your name and the angel number with a volunteer. Alternately, you can select a virtual Angel here: https://bit.ly/AngelTree2022 or scan QR code.

Please purchase and return unwrapped item(s) by November 30 to the tree in the Sanctuary on Sunday mornings or to the church office Monday - Thursday. Include your angel tag (or angel number, if virtual) and approximate gift value.

Rather make a financial contribution? Please make checks payable to Pinnacle Presbyterian Church, designate it “Angel Tree” and return it to the church office.
