P&W is a dynamic London based design consultancy, with over 35 years of experience creating and developing powerful solutions for brands and retail brands nationally and internationally. We specialise in crafting, nurturing, and evolving your brand. We provide unwavering support through a collaborative journey which we cultivate into an enduring commercially successful partnership.

Ferrero is one of the world’s largest confectionary companies and over the last two decades we have worked on most of its key brands.

We o er Ferrero a large range of design services including packaging, point of sale and advertising. Our traditional creative skills dovetail with sophisticated animation, 3D rendering and AI image generation.

Our guardianship of Tesco Finest* has spanned over 25 years. Commitment to brand design integrity ensures its continued success, keeping it one step ahead of other retailers.

For over a decade Finest* has maintained its status as the number one grocery brand in the UK – a great achievement in an ever-changing and challenging market.

Our Partnership with Butlers culminated in the creation of its elite Platinum Collection boxed selection, targeted at discerning travel retail customers.

The clutch bag proportions of the box, opulent rose-gold, copper and bronze metallic finishes, and layered unveiling experience, evoke a strong sense of luxury and occasion.

We created a uniquely ownable identity for Switchle that taps into the 17th century farming origins of this cider-vineger health drink.

The brand theme owes much to British eccentricity and obscure idioms. The "curiously crafted" design perfectly encapsulates this intriguing tipple, guaranteed to make the taste buds tingle.

The Co-operative Group (Coop) asked us to create a new design for its flagship ‘IRRESISTIBLE’ range, encompassing around 200 products across both food and drink categories.

This two-year project enhanced numerous aisles but maintained continuity across store, adding a halo e ect to the customer shopping experience.

Our design solution for Glory Mornin’ was “top to toe” –from soft-touch cap to bespoke bottle with raised emblem and colourful direct printed graphics.

The aesthetics were inspired by contemporary Japanese design – add a shot of celebratory iconography and a twist of steampunk. Result? The perfect brand cocktail.

We were appointed by The Walt Disney Company to design packaging for a range of family-friendly ready-meals, exclusive to Tesco under the “Disney Kitchen” brand.

The range marked a positive step for Disney, o ering socially responsible meal solutions that encouraged family bonding through healthy recipes and fun interactive games and puzzles.

RIFCo (Really Interesting Food Company) is a free-from organic, plant-based brand, committed to ethical, regenerative farming principles.

Our recent design evolution for its enhanced product range improves appeal for its core Gen Z demographic, and helps to redefine it as a "forward-thinking, visionary" brand.

Our work for Armenian confectionery brand Grand Candy was carefully conceived to connect with local consumers and cultural expectations, successfully driving standout performance and meeting all sales targets across supermarkets and convenience stores.

We always create context-aware brand designs aimed to excel in competitive retail environments and outperform rivals.

P&W was established by Simon Pemberton & Adrian Whitefoord who met in 1980 whilst studying Graphic Design at university. Much has changed in the meantime, but their objectives remain the same; to deliver commercially orientated creative design that aligns with client business goals. This is achieved via a collaborative process based on a spirit of mutual trust and understanding.
