1. All residents and guests must be registered and fees paid prior to occupying RV sites. Check-out time is 11:00 AM; Check-in time is after 1:00 PM . Late checkout may be available; check with the office. Tags must be on vehicles at all times. Quiet time is 9:00 PM weekdays, 10:00 PM weekends. In the winter, please have your children at your site by dark. We do not want anyone getting hurt.
2. In addition to posted pool rules, please observe the following:
A. Adults must accompany children age 16 and under.
B. Bathing Suits Only.
C. Shower before entering.
D. Always use the buddy system.
E. Pool Hours: MONDAY – CLOSED FOR MAINTENANCE AND DEEP CLEANED FOR YOUR ENJOYMENT!

3. All registered guests and visitors use the Community/ Resort at their own risk. Management and owners are not responsible for any injury to persons, pets, or damage to or theft of property.
4. Laundry Room hours are 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Your last load must be in by 8:00 PM to be done by 10:00 PM, as we lock the doors at 10:00 PM.
5. Speed limit is 7 MPH throughout the Community/ Resort. 7 MPH will make it so you have enough time to slow down before hitting a child, animal or grandma. Please keep it slow and safe at 7! After 1 warning, violators will be required to park at entrance and walk to site.
6. Recreational facilities are provided for the use of registered guests. NO SMOKING IN BUILDINGS. Parents are responsible for the supervision, conduct, and behavior of their children at all times.
9. Please help us by NOT doing the following:
A. Parking on grass or slab. Broken slabs may result in repair charges.
B. Dumping water on ground.
C. Having outside clotheslines.
D. Creating a nuisance or disturbance.
E. Damaging any of the facilities, wildlife or vegetation.
F. Operating generators.
10. Registered residents are responsible for their guests and visitors who must be registered at the office. The overnight and/or day use fee is $10.00 per person. Visitors must be with registered guest at pool or when fishing. No charge for day visitors at your site.
11. Pick up mail and at the office. Emergency mail messages will be delivered.
12. Mechanical repair or washing of vehicle is not permitted. You may pay a fee for each time your RV is washed. See office for details.
13. CLEAN FISH ONLY AT PIER CLEANING STATION. Please return cleaned carcasses to the bay. DO NOT put in trash cans.
7. TRASH AND GARBAGE should be put in plastic bags and deposited in dumpster outside Community/Resort entrance. NO GARBAGE CANS OUTSIDE RV. Articles lying around will be picked up as trash. Please help the Community/Resort stay neat by not storing equipment or other items under your RV. SEWER HOSES MUST HAVE SEALED CONNECTION AT GROUND ENTRY. Violation could mean eviction.
8. Pets are welcome subject to the following conditions, AND ALL DOGGY DOO MUST BE PICKED UP AT THE TIME OF DO!
A. Must be approved by management.
B. Must be controlled on a short leash at all times when outside.
C. Owners must clean up after pets — including the pet run area. Residents may be subject to an additional $25 fee for cleanup. Sites will not be mowed when animal waste is present.
D. Pets must never be alone when outside of your rig.
E. PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED IN BUILDINGS, POOL AREA.
14. Public intoxication is prohibited. You will be asked to remain inside your RV or fifth wheel or leave the Community/Resort if you appear to be intoxicated.
15. Quiet Time is between 9:00 PM and 7:00 AM SUN - THUR and 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM FRI and SAT. Please respect your neighbors. Please wear conservative dress outside your homesite.
16. Management reserves the right to ask you to vacate their private property and their land.
17. Late Fee Policy: Late Fees apply after 2nd date late on any balance. $45 the first day; $20 each day thereafter.
18. Cancellation Policy (effective March 7, 2019): All cancelled reservations will receive a $35 admin/service fee. To avoid additional cancellation fees, please be sure to give the following notice of cancellation based upon your reservation.
• Daily: should give 2 days’ notice or you will be assessed 1 night’s stay + $35
• Weekly: should give 3 days’ notice or you will be assessed 3 nights’ stay + $35; and
• Monthly: should give 2 weeks’ notice or forfeit 100% of initial deposit that includes the admin/service fee.
