CAMPING GUIDELINES
1. Campsite check-in is 1:00 pm, checkout is 1:00 pm; Cabin & Cottage check-in is 3:00 pm and checkout is 11:00 am. Early arrival fee applies. A two-hour early check-in and/or two-hour late check-out for your reservation may be available, each for an additional fee. If interested in either option, contact the management office in advance of your arrival to inquire about availability. Early check-in/late check-out not available at all locations.
2. Please re-register by 11:00 am to retain your site (if available). We cannot guarantee site beyond the original reservation dates.
3. Each vehicle must have an identification hangtag. Speed limit is 5 mph. Only licensed drivers may drive in park. Max 2 vehicles per site. See front desk for overflow parking areas.
4. Golf Cart Permit Required with advanced reservation, proof of insurance and fee paid. Must have a valid Driver’s License.
5. All visitors must check in at the Office and pay before entering the Campground. Only two vehicles to a campsite.
6. Put GARBAGE in trash Dumpster at the Lodge or lower Well House. Do not leave at site!
7. Law requires collection of gray water in a closed container. Empty it at the Dump Station.
8. Do not ride bikes or skateboards after dark. No low profile or sit-down hoverboards allowed. No bikes or skateboards on walks, porches or pavilions.
9. Quiet Time is from 11:00 pm to 8:00 am. Children are to be at their sites by 10:00 pm.
10. Children 6 years of age and under must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
11. No fireworks, No firearms, no chainsaws, and no unlicensed vehicles are allowed on the Campground.
12. Do not move picnic tables from another site.
13. Build fires in fire rings only. Do not move fire rings. Do not burn leaves or trash!
14. Do not cut trees, branches or limbs at any time.
15. No Open Containers Permitted! Alcoholic beverages must be kept at your site.
16. Maintenance buildings and areas and waste water treatment are off-limits. Please Keep out.
17. No washing of vehicles or RVs from 3:00 pm Friday thru 3:00 pm Sunday.
18. Flags and signs that display the Confederate flag, politicians, political candidates or contain vulgarity or profanity are not allowed to be displayed at your site or throughout the Resort. Customers in violation of this policy will be asked to remove their flag/sign and if they refuse to do so, will be asked to vacate the Resort.
POOL RULES
1. Open Daily 10:00 am - Close: As posted.
2. No lifeguard on duty.
3. Swim at your own risk.
4. No profanity, children at play.
5. Children under 14 must be accompanied by parent or legal guardian.
6. No disposable diapers - swimmies only.
7. No glass containers and No alcohol.
8. No cutoffs, wear regular swimwear.
9. Radios with headsets only.
10. Only campers and guests of Round Top permitted.
11. No smoking or vaping in pool area.
