MAKING an IMPACT

A culture of service is central to life at Kingston Grammar School and is a core element of partnership work with local schools and charities. We are incredibly proud of the contributions of all our young people –whether mentoring younger students, fundraising or volunteering in the community. We are certain that these experiences will help to shape the decisions they make as they consider their place in society, and how they can continue to play their part in making the world a better place.

We collected over half a tonne of food and hygiene products for Kingston Food Bank, Kingston Churches Action on Homelessness and Kingston Women’s Hub.

The dedication of the KGS students and staff proves that a culture of service, when put into action, can create tangible and meaningful change for all involved.

Our parents have been delighted with Homework Club, which is aimed exclusively at Pupil Premium children or those in receipt of free school meals.

Our pupils are so excited to play chess each week with the help of your students.

Your sports teacher was great with our children. They really enjoyed the lessons – cricket skills, dodge ball and tag rugby –and the teachers benefitted from observing excellent coaching.

The Primary Maths Challenge questions give the children something that is different to the normal primary curriculum.
