THE WATERWAY

SUMMARY

The existing hotel at Navy Pier, Chicago, IL boasts a refined sophistication. This sophistication, however, is not always what families are looking for when they plan their trips to Chicago. For this project, my group and I wanted to create a hotel that celebrates the city while more successfully accommodating guests of all ages. This goal will be accomplished through the infusion of historically inspired memorable experiences and accommodations that pay homage to Chicago’s past in the context of the ever-changing city.
