FLOOD DAMAGE PREVENTION ORDINANCE No. 788 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF HOWE, TEXAS ADOPTING A FLOOD DAMAGE PREVENTION PLAN FOR THE CITY OF HOWE DESIGNED TO MINIMIZE FLOOD LOSS; PROVIDEING FOR PENALTIES UP TO $500 FOR EACH VIOLATION; REPEALING ORDIANCE 693; PROVIDING A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE OF THIS ORDINANCE.
