Howe will continue registrations for ages 5-14 on February 4 at Howe Middle School Cafetorium from 11 am - 2 pm. There will be one more chances to sign up on February 11 at the same time and same location. The cost to play youth baseball in Howe is $85 for the first child and $65 for each subsequent child. The cost provides a jersey top and cap. Players can choose their favorite number for an additional $10 fee. The numbers are available at a first-come, first-served basis. Insurance will be available at an additional cost for those interested or uninsured for the season. Those that are interested in volunteer coaching need to indicate so at registration. The coach selection will take place by the board members on February 11 after the final registration. Each player will be entered into

2017 uniforms a pool and a draft will take place in each age group by the head coaches of the teams. All drafts are done specifically by league rules and no exceptions occur. Howe Youth Softball will also have registration on the same days at the same location, but the times are from 10 am - 1 pm. Available onsite at registration will be a large number of baseball/softball pants, shoes and some equipment. The inventory comes from Peggy's Porch and there is no charge for the equipment. For those wishing to donate pants, shoes, and equipment, please bring them on the days and times of the registration.
