A series of lakes will serve as the surface water management system to be designed in a manner consistent with Charlotte County and the Southwest Water Management District requirements and will also serve to provide amenity features for the residential units.

The Harbor Club Development will be serviced by a franchised private utility system currently located within the proposed PD with a relocation planned. The utility has received approval for a territory expansion increasing their service area by several thousand acres and it is anticipated that an additional territory expansion will be requested. These expansions can only have a positive influence on the value and desirability of the area.
