BROKER COMPENSATION OVERVIEW

 Outside Selling Agent (Buyer’s Agent) - 2% commission

ď‚­ Tim or Shay as Selling Agent - 1.5% commission

ď‚­ Bruce or John leads will be handled by Tim/Shay with no Selling Agent compensation

ď‚­ GCIP as Listing Broker - 2% on all units as the exclusive listing company

PAYMENT (DEPOSIT) STRUCTURE - FOR ALL FLATS AND VILLAS

ď‚­ 10% due at Reservation Agreement

ď‚­ 10% due at Hard Contract (no contingencies)

ď‚­ 15% due at Slab Completion

ď‚­ 15% due at Topping Off of Building

ď‚­ Remaining 50% due at Closing (within 30 days of C.O.)

PAYMENT (DEPOSIT) STRUCTURE - FOR ESTATES

INTERNAL & SPECIAL ARRANGEMENTS

ď‚­ The first commission earned by Tim and Shay will go towards their own units and membership at HYPER CLUB. Their level of Real Estate ownership TBD.

 Any sales from Bruce or John directly will be handled by Tim and Shay with no buyer’s commission.

ď‚­ If a lead is known by all parties, it will be considered payable if Tim or Shay have sold them real estate in the past and are considered a working client of theirs.
