MEDIA KIT
Dear Community Members,
It’s an exciting time in Columbus as the travel economy continues to grow and reach record highs. Visitors now make more than 53 million trips to Greater Columbus annually, spending $8.2 billion and supporting more than 82,500 jobs. We’re working hard to support our partners and showcase the many reasons why Columbus is the perfect getaway no matter the season.
National media are taking note with recent accolades including Condé Nast Traveler naming Columbus a Top 10 Best Big City in the U.S., One of the Friendliest Cities in the U.S. and One of the Best Food Cities in the U.S. We could not do any of this without the continued support of our partners. By showcasing the places, people and experiences that make Columbus unlike anywhere else, we can promote our city as an ideal place to live, work and visit. We capitalize on Columbus’ strengths as a bold, welcoming and forward-thinking city and continue to support community businesses like yours.
Experience Columbus partners with Great Lakes Studios to produce our Official Columbus Visitor Guide. As the official destination marketing organization for Columbus, Experience Columbus is the
only organization dedicated 100% to selling, marketing and promoting the region to visitors. Our guide, which is updated published annually and updated digitally, is one of the tools we offer visitors for planning their trip to Greater Columbus. Locals also use it to discover new things about the region. Our guide is distributed to convention and sporting event attendees, leisure travelers, at the John Glenn International Airport, Greater Columbus Convention Center and throughout the region.
Keep reading to learn more about the advertising opportunities in our upcoming Official Columbus Visitor Guide. The team at Great Lakes Studio is happy to answer any questions you have about the publication.
Sincerely,
Brian Ross, ECI President and CEO
